It is always way too cold on the bus. I get the Aircoach every month and every single month is the same for the last few years. I usually travel with a blanket now to be sure to be ok on the way up to the airport and this is not the best. Could you please change the air on the bus please. Thanks

Route 702 has been reduced to only every 2 hours since we came out of COVID. Previously it was hourly and convenient. I don't particularly have a problem arriving at Dublin airport in plenty of time, but what is a real problem is the journey back home. If one just misses a coach it is almost a two hour wait , something one doesn't need. And if it's early evening you can forget any coach. Aircoach seem to think a very frequent service to Leopardstown will placate folk on the other routes: Greystones and Killiney. Please Aircoach will you consider the plea to return our hourly service. At present it is barely a service, and being dumped near a Luas is poor consideration to passengers between Brides Glen and Dun Laoghaire area whiere Dublin Bus only supplies a 7 every 30 minutes, and an hourly service to Dalkey. This is not a service to the public of 2023, please take note.

I took recently a bus 706X from Galway to Dublin airport. It was not a good experience: the air conditioning inside was really too strong; the driver heard his radio at high volume annoying the passengers; when the driver had to pass a vehicle, he would turn the wheel abruptly to change the lane. So, I can’t recommend this route until Aircoach instruct some drivers how to behave. I left my e-mail so they can contact me for further details.

I've travelled on this coach in February and November to go to the rugby always been fine but traveling on it in August is a different story no cold air through the vents!!! It's like a sauna on this bus tonight to Belfast. I'm hoping I'm at least 1 stone lighter when I get off

I’m currently on the aircoach from cork to dublin and it’s not acceptable to have to endure a 3h with a disgusting smell from the toilet which hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The temperature is not being regulated and we’re in such uncomfortable conditions for the price we pay it would be expected a higher level of respect to the customers. This is a private run company where customers aren’t coming first in the priorities.

I'm on the 12 noon bus on 19th Aug. All I can smell is stale urine from the toilet which is quite overpowering and I'm not even sat that close to it. The air vents that your suppose to be able to control do not seem to be working and seem to be placed to far away to have any impact if they did...the bus is hot and stuffy. This is not one of the usual aircoach buses as usually there is no issue.

Never had a problem with Aircoach until today. Impossible to pay via creditcard on your website… Contacted Aircoach Dublin, they told me to check my bank. I did, no problem with my creditcard (MasterCard), even made a another purchase with the same card, same day without any problem. Looking forward to your response

I use aircoach regularly. I find it very good my only complaint being that not all the drivers are helpful . My suitcase on different occasions has managed to end up right in At the back of the luggage hold where I am unable to reach it. I am a petite person and I have to climb into the luggage hold toget my case while The driver stands there unconcerned. I suggest the drivers have better training.

I came from sweden to Ireland as a tourist. We were treated very badly by the bus driver. He did not give any answer to our words, and the weather was very cold, and he did not accept to lower the air-conditioning level. He did not give us any answer, and when we told him, he said if you feel cold, you can sit in the back, and the entire bus is cold and he my father cannot sit in the back because he is handicapped. And way he spoke was very bad. I don’t know the name of the driver but the flight was from Belfast station 7:40 to Dublin airport and then to the centre on the 16 of august time was. Hope you answer me when you get the message

El autobús de ida al aeropuerto no paso por la parada 3Arena el día 15-Agosto-2023, estuvimos mas de una hora esperando desde las 4 pm hasta las 5 pm. Habíamos pagado billete de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto de Dublín el día 9-Agosto-2023, 12 € por persona, Total 60 €. Éramos 5 pasajeros. Al final tuvimos que coger un Uber Tenemos los tickets para que puedan comprobar los datos. No recomiendo utilizar esta empresa como medio de transporte desde el aeropuerto de Dublín.

The bus left 4 minutes earlier and we saw it went off, we were just behind it. Horrible. Super disappointing. Now have to wait 60 minutes for the next bus to the airport. Bought a return ticket. Will not recommend

I had a late night journey from Belfast to Dublin which was diverted for a significant part of the journey around Newry, Dundalk and Drogheda. While it did not impact my ongoing trip it could well have. No announcement was given or apology made for the delayed arrival. the journey took almost 3 hours!!

Bus was 30 minutes late, and I was denied boarding at first , and was told “this isn’t your bus” but I ultimately prevailed. The 16 bus in Dublin passed 5 times during my wait and I could have saved money with that. But I arrived safely and retrieved my bag successfully from underneath which was good.

A consistent on time Ireland intercity bus service. The regular fleet for trips over 3 hours has en suite bathroom, plus WiFi and USB port. More modern on hire/chartered units have a USB and a plug in for each seat, free WiFi and a narrow but useful bathroom. They could leaver earlier but their use is to leave ON TIME. That's a good mark for tracking the arrival or following up the course of a tourist or family member. Their prices are market average, but they excel in courtesy. Their website recommends to buy a "flexi" option in case you may loose a fixed hour departure. In one case, Irish my scheduled trip, but I was allowed to come into board, again courtesy of the driver. Aircoach is a service to be enjoyed. I recommend any tourist to try so. 5 stars
