“Good, not so cheap, but the better way to the airport”

“Really lovely guy at bus stop was incredibly friendly and reassuring when the first bus was full. Another arrived minutes after, driver was also really friendly. Sounds like a little thing but when you've not timed your journey as well as you could and you're feeling a bit stressed it really helped. KA7 from Custom House.”

“Queríamos ir al aeropuerto desde calle O'Connell de Dublín y estuvimos esperando en la parada frente al Casino, desde la 1 de la noche hasta 2:30, supuestamente es un servicio 24/7 y hay autobuses cada 20-30 minutos. Le compramos billetes al conductor sin problema. Fue muy desesperante, si nuestro avión hubiera salido antes, tendríamos que haber ido en taxi. No lo aconsejo a nadie, muy poco formal”

“The coach broke down half an hour away from the Belfast airport, a replacement coach was sent from Derry not Belfast. By the time it would have arrived we would have missed our flight. We had to make the remainder of our journey by taxi, we were advised by our lovely driver that Aircoach will not pay for the taxi or a refund?”

We are sorry that the coach broke down and that a replacement coach was sent from Derry instead of Belfast. We also understand the frustration when the replacement coach got delayed and by the time it would have arrived you would have missed your flight. We understand that your final journey was made in a taxi and we apologize that Aircoach was not able to cover the cost or refund the fare. We would love to make things better. What would you suggest we do to improve our services? We are grateful for your suggestion and feedback.

“The service is very useful .. but I keep flagging the same issue: buses are often late (mine was 20 minutes late, which on a 40 minute journey is honestly a bit much) and on top of that you have to throw yourself in front of the bus because it won’t even slow down approaching a stop. I appreciate that the drivers only call at a stop if someone is flagging them down, but maybe the customer would be more visible if they slowed down just a bit.”

“My experience with Aircoach is great. I am traveling with them for years. The only problem i have with them is this new rule about boarding the bus on the time the ticket was purchased. If my plane is delayed with 30 min after the time provided on my aircoach ticket ,the driver will not let me board the bus.. Aircoach seriously need to fix this problem. Its not passengers fault for the delayed flight.”

“The timetable said the bus would come at 1:30am, but I stood on O'Connell st for 2 hours and the bus never came. . Everyone, remember not to wait for the bus at night, and trouble you to change your timetable. This experience is too bad.”
