Coach to the airport hasen't showed up and this is not the first time! Even two later options weren't coming either. Contacted Customer Service for a refund and haven't heard from them! Never again. Scam and bad service. Can't recommend!

Shocked to see you are working with the self confessed Dunnes thief Julie, will never use this service again. Julie does not even use the bus.

I looked at your Web site either a view to making a booking to find that your kast bus to Greystones leaves at 20.00 hrs. Extremely annoying as my flight only arrives in at 19.55 hrs. Which means I will gave to either get a Aircoach part of the way and fork out on a taxi for the rest if the way. Why are you only putting on a service till 20.00. Thete are a lot if flights arriving till 12.00 at night. I would suggest putting another bus on at 22.00. I think you might find it would be very popular.

Very cheeky and ignorant driver on my recent journey from airport. Asked where was going then pulled case from me as I was putting it on bus and said we don’t have all day to wait, we should have been away. On arrival, he then stood back and watched everyone get there own bags. Very unprofessional, won’t be using again.

Hi, I had put in a request for group ticketing through the web-site link on 22 August for which I havent got a reply yet. When contacted the customer care, the representative said the requests go to Dublin office, and they will take contact me sometime later contrary to the 24 hours advertised in the website.

29 August Stop Lr. Leeson St. Bus scheduled to arrrive at 5:51 did not arrive. I had plenty of time so I waited for the next bus scheduled arrival time 6:21. It arrived at approx. 6:40, the driver said all seats were pre-booked, he could take no passengers and that the next bus at 6:51 would be empty. By 7:05 no further bus had arrived so I had to wake a friend to drive me to the airport and almost missed my flight! An appalling service with either no information or false information!

Frankly, it is better not to offer a service that cannot be provided. The WiFi is horrendous. I rather prefer not to have it.

I have been a regular customer with Aircoach, but a recent incident has seriously questioned whether that shall continue to be the case in the future. I returned to Ireland by Dublin Airport at roughly 1:30AM on August 29th and had to get to Belfast. Due to the various delays, I missed my Aircoach bus and so made my way to the ticket desk just outside in front of Terminal One. The Aircoach representative at the desk seemed completely indifferent to giving me a timeline of the next available bus, simply telling me the next buses were booked and that I should go inside and come back later - I had work in the morning and so needed to be in Belfast. I should now make clear that I am autistic, and when faced with this stressful situation (including delayed flights and lack of sleep) I summoned all I could to keep myself under control, placing my head against the window to try and center myself while struggling to breathe. I have had to struggle with this all my life and have overcome massive obstacles to get this far. The Aircoach representative then proceeded to shoo me out of line so the people me could go ahead. When no one was there I went back to the line where the Aircoach representative proceeded to castigate and shame me and told me to leave due my 'carrying on' - which apparently means my medical issues I've had since I was a small child. He accused me of 'slamming my head' against the window, what was really me placing my head on the glass to try and control my Autism. Even when I told him that I was autistic, he still refused to help me and told me to go inside, evidently wanting nothing to do with me. I found out Translink had a bus about two hours later so I used that instead and got to Belfast that way. In all my years, I have never been treated this way by a member of staff due to my Autism. While I give my appreciation to the company for the service it has provided in the past on my bus runs from Belfast and Dublin, I do not feel that this company's spaces are a place where autistic people can feel welcome and valued. Therefore, I will no longer be using Aircoach, and if you have autistic family members or are autistic yourself, I would ask you to consider whether this company has sufficient training to appropriately respond to your needs.

I have been getting aircoach quite often found drivers very helpful and polite, coach is very comfortable,only disappointment I have is the coach only runs every 2 hours, I am due in from flight 10.20pm and bus leaves at 10.30 which I won't make , then I have to wait 2 hours at airport with everything closed , please go back to hourly or wait till all passengers are on

I travelled on the 1435 from Belfast International Airport to Derry on 25/8/23. The driver was extremely polite and helpful. The drive was smooth and very comfortable. I will be using the service again

Waited hour bus passed full even tho I had a ticket booked..took Dublin bus in end..terrible service

Return coach is regularly overbooked. There is no space for luggage. When you buy return tickets conditions are not clearly specified.

Cheapest option to get to or from the airport. Timetable is mostly kept. Tickets can be bought online relatively easily, however it is rather inconvevient that they are valid for only one particular selected timeslot. If one misses the exact time must buy another ticket...

The 23 25 driver from T1 to Leopardstown would cheer anyone up. Very friendly and professional too ! Said I was worried might fall asleep and miss my stop. Said not to worry as he’d call it out. Just what the doc ordered when I arrived tired after a two hour delayed flight from London City. Well done !
