“I travelled from Dublin airport to Greystones last Wednesday (19/4) and the driver was the most unhelpful, miserable person that I had met in a very long time and he didn't like people nor red traffic lights. To the contrary, the driver on Sunday morning when I travelled back was a very nice man who obviously enjoyed his job and was a considerate driver to others on the road. Both journeys relatively punctual due to traffic.”

“I am always worried about my luggage, I think the driver should be more present when people are taking luggage out. I also don’t like drivers forcing small backpacks to be placed in bottom storage. Overall ok”

“I did not realize their was luggage storage available until my return journey. So, my ride from the airport to Dublin City Centre was a bit cramped with me trying to keep my luggage out of the way of other passengers. My return trip was great; easy to book online; luggage stowed safely; quick and comfortable ride back to Dublin Airport.”

“Everything was as expected with only one thing that could be better... There is no shelter and nowhere to sit whilst waiting at the Glengal Street Departure Point so you will probably need to wear something warm.”

“Very easy-to-find and -access pickup location at the airport. Plenty of space and comfortable seats with seat belts. Drop off in Cork is close to train station and downtown. Only 4 stars because drop-off was on street closely parked to parked cars. Made getting out suitcases very difficult”

“Direct service. On time, comfortable, good value for money. Would use again. My only feedback would be that it would help to organise the luggage area into terminals/stops as I had to remove a few large cases at the first terminal stop without any assistance to get my small bag out.”
