It's good. However one time, I couldn't catch the bus although I was at the stop waiting for 1 hour only because the bus was not named aircoach and the responsible person didn't even call out at the bus stop that it's an aircoach bus.

You need to have a map on your website which shows the bus stops at Dublin airport.

I was very much looking forward to your starting the new service to Derry, but I have been disappointed to see you are trying to amalgamate two different services into one. I was a frequent user of your Dublin Airport to Belfast (Glengal Street) service when I was flying into Dublin, and from there I would have taken the regular Translink bus to Derry. I thought your new service would mean an improvement, but it has proven the opposite. Now the frequency of buses doing the Dublin Airport to Belfast has been halved, and not only that, if you take it to go all the way to Derry, you have a longer journey time because you have to stop at Belfast International. Likewise, I was also a regular user of the old Airporter service to Belfast International and again, the frequency was much better before. I am disappointed that the service instead of improving has been diminished. Also, the Dublin Airport to Belfast bus is often very busy, so having it now every other hour has certainly worsened the service. The buses and your drivers are excellent, but the frequency is a big issue.

On the way to Cork the air condition was too cold first, after turning it off the air in the coach was very bad...

good service. A pity there is a gap which means there is no coach at 18.30 from Dublin to Cork.

Hello: As a non-driver, I travel a lot on coaches both in the UK and the U.S. The main difference is that when traveling in the United States, all passenger bags are handled by the driver. In fact, due to liability issues, passengers are not permitted to place their own bags in the coach's storage bins in case someone is injured, or bags are stolen. Compare this with the chaos of 40 people vying for space, many of whom are often seniors like me. (I usually have to wait until the end and ask someone to do this for me when I use Aircoach. Even more important in this scenario (especially in N. Ireland) is the fact that anyone is free to load an incendiary device, or even a bomb, on a public bus. How can this be in a country that is still experiencing incidents related to the Troubles? You must agree it's not very welcoming from a tourist point of view in a city that has become a destination for visitors from all over the world. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. Timing was great from Cork to Dublin Airport. Smooth ride, convenient however we had to load our luggage ourselves and there was no order bags were everywhere. I had a sore back and this was a problem for me, when we got to the airport I had to climb into the underneath carriage to retrieve my bag. I think it would be so much better if you included helping and organising bags. This actually has kind of turned me off using the service again if I am traveling on my own.

Rides to and from Belfast were excellent. The ride from Dublin City Center to the airport was oversold and despite having a pre-booked reservation, my husband did not have a seat and was told to sit on the floor of the bus for the 4 AM ride to the airport.

Aircoach is excellent but I did have one unusual problem where they gave very poor service. I was booked for a trip leaving Dublin Airport during the hour that didn't exist because the clocks went forward. It took me a whole week, and several calls, to get an answer from them with the correct time.

Booking and journey itself was sound. However i made an error when selecting pick up location. Called up in advance to request amending it as there wasnt a difference in price. Was told via phone that only date or time of booking could be changed but not locations so he advised to either take a chance and get on at the different stop but as it wasnt where I booked I'd be at risk of being marked as a no show or else i should rebook entirely and request a refund. This seemed like it would be as much hassle for aircoach as it was for me so before booking i emailed the next day and sure enough the girl was able to amend and resend a new confirmation, very straightforward.
