“Journey to Dublin airport was good but the return journey was dreadful..the heating was overpowering and we had a very poor driver, very erratic, jumpy, wavering. .”

“Convenient pick up drop off locations. It would also be nice to have stops along the route on say, a non express service. The bus seats were a bit uncomfortable.”

“Bus was there ontime. Driver that took us up to the airport was so helpful by putting my suitcases on for me as my mother was disabled But the driver who lifted us from the airport was not. I was expected to put 6 heavy suitcases on myself and felt rushed as people were skipping the line. He made a stop on the side of the motorway to fix a door and also the driver kept closing his eyes like he was exhausted from driving which scared us abit.”

“The driver didn’t park properly at Terminal One. He abandoned the bus blocking all the traffic behind him while we took our bags from the bus. Other than that it was fine.”
