“For well over a decade I've enjoyed the reliability and comfort of travelling with Aircoach but on my recent trip home, I used Aircoach on three occasions and found each time that services were operating at capacity, with employees visibly under stress as a result. Having an open return ticket was challenging. On one occasion, I spent 40mins on Rock Road (where two services operate twice an hour) on a Friday afternoon waiting for an Aircoach, and when one finally arrived I was told that all services were fully booked for the following 2hrs. This is not what I was used to when travelling Aircoach.”

“Bus was delayed leaving Dublin airport and nearly missed my train as you had over sold tickets and the driver was having arguments with the last couple of people who couldn't get on. Bus was also pretty old, rattly, and grubby. Had a far better experience using Translink on my way to Dublin.”
