“The trip up was fine but the trip back was no so. I travelled from Dublin to Cork at midnight on Friday the 30th June/1st July. Around Goffs where there are 3 lanes, the driver was overtaking in the inside lane, even though there were no cars in the outside lane (he could have over taken there). The bus kept veering onto the hard shoulder (I was afraid he was falling asleep)”

“My trip was fine but there wasn’t enough capacity. The bus driver had to turn 10 people away despite having tickets. Not ideal.”

“I had a very positive experience recently on the Aircoach. When I stepped on to the bus the driver asked me if I was (and then mentioned my name!) so it was almost like a taxi service where the driver knew who his passenger was!”

“We booked online and caught the air coach from O'Connell st to the airport. There were many people waiting but the driver was very helpful and made sure we were prioritised ahead of unbooked customers. I really appreciated that as inwas travelling with my young daughter.”

“Very pleased with service. One suggestion if I may please - my coach was running early and pulled off from the stop opposite Energia Park 3 minutes earlier than scheduled. Some customers might miss out if they were not at the stop earlier than scheduled.”
