“On July 2 at 19.00 I bought 3 tickets online Dublin-Athlon for me and my 2 children aged 11 and 2. I spent 32 euros. From the Aston Quay stop. I arrived on time for the bus stop, 10 minutes. But the bus driver and the person who seated people said that the bus was full and there were no seats for me and my children. This man suggested waiting for the next bus. But it was very long. To whom were my tickets sold? Why were my seats given to other people? Who is responsible for selling tickets in this way? And why did I have to be nervous about this situation and spend more money and time to get home? I had to go to the railway station and leave the station.”

“Buying a ticket online is not booking a seat and that is not explained when doing the purchase. My plane was delayed and i had to wait for the following coach. The driver had us walk to the other terminal and made us wait for the other passengers to get in. It was an unpleasant experience.”

“My review is 3 because the first driver from O’Connell street to the airport was very rude will all the passengers. It seemed like he was on a bad day. The rest of the journey and the other two drivers weee just what we were expecting from Aircoach. Service was on time and friendly.”

“These guys are very helpful,answer e mails very quickly. I recently booked a journey with them but didn’t take out cancellation insurance. Easy jet cancelled my flight to a flight 9 hrs later. I emailed Aircoach and they changed my bus times to suit my flight, free of charge. Saves me sitting 9 hrs in airport.”
