“Great service, ideal for anyone coming from B’fast to Derry where there is mo express bus or rail link. However disappointed that, unlike other express bus services in Ireland, there is no facility for Free Travel Pass passengers !”

“I use Air coach on a regular basis and to say that the driver was rude and aggressive is an understatement . He was aggressive to two young foreigners for not putting their hand out in time to stop the bus. And kept going on about it. They were visibly upset as they didn’t understand fully what they had done wrong. It was nothing short of disgraceful. I have come across this particular driver before and his attitude stinks. Why are you letting these type of personalities work for your company. I must say you also have the most kind and considerate drivers too. That is why this guy stands out. Remember these drivers are often the first and last impression tourists are left with. Horrible behaviour from him and upsetting to witness.”

“A good service, however, signage and ticketing directed us to T1 zone 20 for pick. We went there from T2 only to be hold we needed to change to a different bus at T2 again. This made no sense to us. Other than that the bus was clean prompt and as expected.”

“We caught the 20:35 aircoach from Belfast to Derry and the driver was very helpful. He knew we weren't sure where we were going and took the time to find out where we were staying so he could advise. At the stop in Foyle Street, he then suggested a taxi company and gave us the number. He literally went the extra mile and is a credit to your company.”

“Smooth Journey with Aircoach I recently used Aircoach for my travel and had an outstanding experience. Booking my ticket was quick and convenient, thanks to their user-friendly new mobile app. The coach arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated. The journey was smooth, and the coach was modern, clean, and comfortable, which made for a very pleasant trip. The driver was professional, courteous, and seemed experienced, which instilled a sense of confidence in the service.”

“I did the 2345 journey from city centre to Athlone Arcadia journey was smooth driver was polite and friendly and service was fast and effective after such a long day clean comfortable, seats spacious coach would definitely travel again. Also great value for money”
