“I tried to change the time of my trip, but I couldn`t even if I tried to reach support 2 days prior to my reservation. I had to buy a new ticket as a result. I believe support system must be quicker than now if the company wants its customer to be happy with it.”

“They let a bunch of hammered lads get in through 4h trip, disturbing, shouting, sleeping in the middle of the bus and vomiting all over the place. Bus from Dublin airport to Cork on 30/07 night. Kearney bus. Gobus.ie is offering a much better service.”

We appreciate your honest feedback and apologize for the less than satisfactory journey you experienced. We wholeheartedly regret that the group disturbed the other passengers by shouting, sleeping in the middle of the bus and vomiting all over the place. We understand your inconvenience and we consider such behaviour unacceptable.

“Efficient, comfortable, punctual, polite helpful staff and reasonably priced. Two downsides: 1 the 'bags on seats' brigade ... please make them pay for two seats. This is a real pain when the coach is busy. 2 passengers playing loud music without headphones!!”

“Used Aircoach from St Stephens Green Dublin to Dublin airport, great service, easy to pay online, nice clean coaches, would recommend as a lot cheaper alternative than a Taxi . Would definitely use again 👍”
