“I had a very early coach to Dublin airport and I certainly appreciated that the bus was waiting for loading 20 minutes before, the driver was very professional and informative, and I felt very safe and comfortable on the journey from Belfast to Dublin.”

“Super disorganized when trying to find bus and board. We pre booked a time to take bus months in advance and arrived early. This didn’t seem to matter as people were just walking up, purchasing tickets and being let on the time slot we had booked leaving us to wait for the next bus which was later then the time we had booked.”

It is absolutely disappointing to hear that even though you had pre-booked a time slot advance, this didn't impact the boarding process, as people were still walking up and purchasing tickets for the same time. “Excellent service , very supportive staff. As I arrived early in Dublin , they let me go on the next bus rather than waiting another hour . Always on time , very reliable.”

“The driver of the bus who picked me up from Dublin left me to put my suitcase onto the bus because he was too busy vaping despite me being an elderly passenger with walking aids. When we got to Belfast, he again jumped off the bus to vape without helping to get the luggage off of the bus. Luckily the driver from Belfast to Dublin a week later was much more helpful and a lot friendlier.”

“Easy in-app reservations and nice buses - I used AirCoach to travel between Belfast, Dublin, Galway, and airports. It was easy to book, the buses were clean and comfortable (and had USB outlets to charge my phone), and there was space for luggage under the bus. Drivers we’re polite and helpful with removing luggage that had shifter during the ride. All for a lot less € than taking the trains!”
