“Pleasant experience both ways. Driver from cork to Dublin was especially excellent. Took a lot of pride in his work and was extremely kind to everyone. I didn’t catch his name but it was the 630 cork to Dublin on Friday 7th July”

“They let a bunch of hammered lads get in through 4h trip, disturbing, shouting, sleeping in the middle of the bus and vomiting all over the place. Bus from Dublin airport to Cork on 30/07 night. Kearney bus. Gobus.ie is offering a much better service.”

We appreciate your honest feedback and apologize for the less than satisfactory journey you experienced. We wholeheartedly regret that the group disturbed the other passengers by shouting, sleeping in the middle of the bus and vomiting all over the place. “The driver was very kind and helpful and got me to the airport comfortably and conveniently. I am an infrequent visitor to Dublin and my first time using Aircoach, so when it was running a bit late, I was a bit nervous as to how reliable it was, with no alternative way of getting to the airport nearby if it didn’t arrive, hence the 4 stars. If possible would be good to have some software built in to track the buses that we could follow on the app.”

“my pickup was at ballsbridge 590. the stop was poorly labelled, and I had some difficulty in finding it. Luckily people on the street knew which Dublin bus stop was also an Aircoach stop. Everything else was fine except I did not download the entire ticket for the driver when I had access to Wifi. He was fine with the booking reference sequence which I did have. I found the app difficult to use as well. I had to start over many times to finally get it right.”

“I was booked on 5 a.m but which didnt come but in fact he dropped people off away from the stop and drove off. Got cancellation notice at 5:10 via email. This is an atrocious service.”
