“Trip from airport to town. Had to wait half an hour to get on bus, left queuing. Asked if we could board and the answer was no. Thought it left every 15mins?”

“Excellent service and courtesy from your driver, Aidan. I had just returned from Sydney and boarded the 1.25 coach instead of the 3.25, as there were some empty seats available. Thank you Aidan, it was a pleasure to travel with you.”

“journey was good but there is limited signage or direction at the airport terminal and it is a diaster waiting amongst a lot of passengers. Bus was also late.”

“We traveled overnight from Derry to Dublin. Great service as I didn't want to drive overnight. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. It's a long journey but the seats are comfortable and we were able to sleep on the way!”

“Hi, I've been using airciach for many years. The service is always on time which is very important when heading to the airport. I am very disappointed however that the Greystones to Dublin Airport has been scaled back to such an extent that its impossible to get back to Greystones after 8pm unless you make alternative arrangements. I once arrives at the airport on a Saturday night at 8.15pm. I had to get home by bus to Dublin, train to Bray and another bus home. It took me over 3 hours to get home and I was exhausted. I have written to our TD, but as yet, nothing can be changed. Also, the coach journey from Greystones to Dublin Airport takes up to 2 hours. It used to use a different route which was quicker. Aircoach is a fantastic service but needs to improve for passengers coming from Greystones. Other routes finish much later than 8pm. Can you please extend the timetable. Many thanks.”

“The bus was delayed by about 15/20mins but the representative was lovely and quite funny so you couldn’t be annoyed if you tried! The bus itself was comfortable, the driver efficient and I had a pleasant journey. Easy to book and reasonably priced”

“We chose not to rent a car on vacation in Ireland. We used a combination of private drivers, taxis, and air coach to visit the country. Air Coach was a very reliable and economical mode of transportation. The coaches were clean and passengers pleasant. The driver helped with our luggage and drive safely.”

“Great service from airport to Dublin, nice driver and right on time. The return journey was not so smooth. We waited 50 minutes for our coach back to the airport and others also catching it were then running quite fine to their flight times. Driver back also rude. It’s a cheap service and overall good but allow lots of extra time!”

“It started well at Belfast airport. My 8 year old grandson and I put our cases in the hold and settled ourselves for the long bus ride to Dublin. However we then went into Belfast and there we were told to move to the bus parked behind us. That was unsettling and stressful. We had to deal with the cases again and find a seat again. Otherwise it was fine.”
