“I travelled on 28th March to Dublin Airport via the Greystones route. I got on at the 3rd stop and had €50 to pay for a return fare. The driver refused my cash and said only exact money. I offered her my debit card and she said her card machine declined it. I offered her my credit card and it was also decljned. Finally I proffered my Revolut card which was thankfully accepted. I was really puzzled and worried as I knew there were funds in both of my accounts. I watched as this happened to 2 other people. They didn't have exact cash or additional cards and the driver was really really rude and aggressive to them and wanted to put them off the bus. This of course would have meant that they would miss their flights - no small thing! She didn't care. She insisted there was nothing wrong with her machine. One woman managed to get the exact fare eventually but the driver put the other young woman off the bus. I could not witness this. This young woman was going miss her flight, the driver was heartless and completely at fault. There was obviously a fault with the card machine. I jumped up and let the young woman use my Revolut card so she didn't have to get off the bus and miss her flight. (I was reimbursed immediately at the airport as her card worked perfectly there as did mine) I was horrified at the service and attitude of this individual. She went on a rampage of vitriol when people complained about the card machine. Customers were stunned. When we got to the airport, some of the suitcases were completely on the other side. She refused to open the door on the other side 'on health and safety grounds' This meant that even old and infirm people had to crawl on their hands and knees right across the baggage area to retrieve their bags. The danger of banging and injuring your head was extremely high. She offered no help. I am still stunned with the unkindness and aggression of this driver. I hope that I never encounter her again. I like using the Aircoach service. Its very convenient but staff like this are really bad for your public service”

“New company doing the airport routes, the departure and collection times are now beyond terrible to and form Derry. I will never use this until it is returned to normal.. I didn't think it was possible but we are now even more disconnected in this part of the world.”

“Never mind the fact the bus stank from the unemptied toilet at the back of it, the seats were ragged ripped and dirty, the heating was like a Greek sauna, and despite paying for a service that had plugs and wifi, we were chucked off half way through the journey and made to change buses to a hire coach. Said coach also had a large queue of people ahead of us so despite getting on the original coach two hours prior we had to get on late therefore getting worse seats. Would never have got service this bad when the air Porter was a thing. In future I’ll just get normal translink service. At least then I know what to expect and what not to. Never again.”
