“Service was very efficient and timely. price was good at 25 euro return. However, I made a mistake with the return time by 1 hour and was forced to pay 18 euro for a replacement single. That is a very long way from proportionate and left a very sour taste in my mouth. I appreciate that it was my fault and there is also a flexi fare option but I would think that an admin fee of half the price for leg of the trip being changed (i.e. a quarter of a return fare for changing 1 leg or half for both, or half of a single fare) would be a more than sufficient levy.”

“Taking bus 700 on 2023-04-19 at 10:10am, the driver named “Mastapha” was not only driving absolutely recklessly and inn excessive speed, but also was rude to passengers and to other staff as well. On the starting point, he asked two elderly ladies to get out of the bus and go buy the ticket at the counter, after them having already loaded her bags. He agreed to wait for them, but departed anyway, despite their desperate waiving. Other passengers witnessed the situation as well. Luckily, another colleague from the same company to bring them to the next stop terminal 2. Beware the bad service and the scumbag driver.”

“I am very displeased since my bus at 6.30AM from Clayton hotel (route 700) was cancelled and this was notified less than 2 hours before the journey. This is very unacceptable and caused me much trouble very early in the morning.”

“Why can't the busses stop at Heuston station, or if not stop opposite the Aisling hotel? Gobus has this option”

“I would like to demand A refund. As when I took the air coach to Dublin on the 4th of April my bus was delayed for an hour and we were stuck at the side of The Road. The useless bus driver did nothing to help the situation and there was tons of drunk people surrounding me. At which one point the bus braked suddenly and a girls drink went All over me. I demand a refund as it was a complete catastrophe”

“The driver was absolutely rude to my party and I. We had no idea we were not allowed to have hot food on the bus and also had no idea we had to switch buses once we arrived at Dublin Airport. On the website, it was mentioned the bus would have Wi-Fi. This bus did not have. It was a very unfortunate experience we had with Aircoach. Did it get us to our destination? Yes, but better communication would have been great on what to expect during the trip.”
