“Aircoach is useful airport service but find the timings very drawn out. Also having to pick a return time for buses when airplanes can be delayed etc is very difficult. Person I spoke to at the desk was quite rude about our flight having been delayed and missed our booked bus (due to the UK air traffic control issues) . Driver was nicer about the situation. Buses also need to be updated to list stops on the route and to make use of the screen on the bus. As someone from Dublin it's fine but witnessed many lost tourists struggling to know which stop to get off and bus driver announcements weren't always clear.”

“The Coach was about 15 minutes late in arriving. Unavoidable I guess in traffic. Just worrying when you have a plane to catch. Needed t contact Customer Support on phone. Reached a Real perso which is amazing and he was extremely helpful. I would be very Happy to use the Service again.”

“I have been getting aircoach quite often found drivers very helpful and polite, coach is very comfortable,only disappointment I have is the coach only runs every 2 hours, I am due in from flight 10.20pm and bus leaves at 10.30 which I won't make , then I have to wait 2 hours at airport with everything closed , please go back to hourly or wait till all passengers are on”

“Cheapest option to get to or from the airport. Timetable is mostly kept. Tickets can be bought online relatively easily, however it is rather inconvevient that they are valid for only one particular selected timeslot. If one misses the exact time must buy another ticket...”

“I use aircoach regularly. I find it very good my only complaint being that not all the drivers are helpful . My suitcase on different occasions has managed to end up right in At the back of the luggage hold where I am unable to reach it. I am a petite person and I have to climb into the luggage hold toget my case while The driver stands there unconcerned. I suggest the drivers have better training.”

“A good service. Perhaps as the road from Derry to Dungiven is fully open you could shorten the timetable especially for the 3am bus. It could be 3.15 depart.”

“We took Aircoach from Cork to Dublin and overall had a good trip. The drop off spot in Dublin City Centre was a bit crowded when we got there, which made retrieving our luggage a bit challenging; also, it was us, the passengers, who had to store and then retrieve luggage, which got quite complicated since there were many of us and so some suitcases got pushed to the very back of the trunk. Still, the ride itself was smooth and the price was fair.”
