“Great to have aircoach from Greystones but only running every 2 hours is a nuisance.”

“I was a little disappointed when I found out when I was getting on the bus to Belfast that I was told by the driver that I had to wait for the 12.45 bus as per my ticket even though I had paid 5 Euros for a flex pass. He did not say that the bus was full. What is the point of a flex pass if you can’t use it?”

“Travelled Athlone to Dublin Airprt return .The driver was excellent, very friendly ,helpful and efficient.. the journey smooth comfortable and pleasant. My only gripe was not being able to use my pensioner travel pass on line to book. I just couldn't take the chance and not get a seat if coach was booked up.( which it wasn't. ) as I was travelling for a funeral.”

“The drivers are always courteous. The buses are always clean. Punctuality is usually maintained. I have noticed on a number of occasions that the WIFI doesn't always work. A great service all round, thank you!”

“The aircoach is a great service when it runs, but only offering a service every two hours is not sufficient. The hours of service are also not sufficient for catching red eye flights or flights arriving in at night. Please bring back the original level of service that ran every hour and throughout the night. I live very close to an aircoach stop and would love to use this as my main transport to and from the airport, however the new reduced timetable doesn't allow for this so I'm back to taxis and driving/parking.”

“Good quality, but should be better in terms of boarding. Both coaches I got from Dublin aiport were a few minutes late with no exact information on platform and departure time.”
