“Hi, I've been using airciach for many years. The service is always on time which is very important when heading to the airport. I am very disappointed however that the Greystones to Dublin Airport has been scaled back to such an extent that its impossible to get back to Greystones after 8pm unless you make alternative arrangements. I once arrives at the airport on a Saturday night at 8.15pm. I had to get home by bus to Dublin, train to Bray and another bus home. It took me over 3 hours to get home and I was exhausted. I have written to our TD, but as yet, nothing can be changed. Also, the coach journey from Greystones to Dublin Airport takes up to 2 hours. It used to use a different route which was quicker. Aircoach is a fantastic service but needs to improve for passengers coming from Greystones. Other routes finish much later than 8pm. Can you please extend the timetable. Many thanks.”

“The bus was delayed by about 15/20mins but the representative was lovely and quite funny so you couldn’t be annoyed if you tried! The bus itself was comfortable, the driver efficient and I had a pleasant journey. Easy to book and reasonably priced”

“A good service, however, signage and ticketing directed us to T1 zone 20 for pick. We went there from T2 only to be hold we needed to change to a different bus at T2 again. This made no sense to us. Other than that the bus was clean prompt and as expected.”

“Unlike Dublin Express there seems to be no leeway as regards a plane arriving late. It would be helpful to display a map of the route on screen (and not the time)”

“Aircoach was punctual and driver very pleasant. We had a problem getting through by phone when we needed to change bus home due to a delayed flight. We managed to contact a family member who changed our booking while we were flying. This was very frustrating.”

“The Aircoach was very timely, actually it arrived early. The driver wasn’t very friendly. Not sure if they aren’t supposed to help with your luggage, but he just stood there and watched us struggle with our heavy luggage.”

“Only issue - driver at Dublin airport wouldn’t wait 30 seconds for me to find ticket in my phone so I had to wait for next one having landed on a 12.30 touchdown flight!”

“This is my first time coming to Ireland. I booked a ticket online for a trip from Dublin to Athlone and printed it. The Aircoach station was easy to find, just opposite the airport. The driver checked my ticket, and everything went very well. However, I noticed that there were two clocks on the bus showing different times. Is it supposed to be like this? Additionally, I noticed that no one except the driver on the bus was wearing their seatbelt. I think people should be reminded of the importance of the safety belt, especially during every journey they embark on, to ensure their well-being and minimize potential risks.”
