“The experience was very good, the coach was in great condition and was comfortable. The only thing to highlight as something to improve was the ventilation. In the first coach, there was air coming out of the vents so it was good, but in the second one none. I felt a bit dizzy, so it would've been great to have some ventilation or air conditioning or something like that.”

“Trip to Dublin was excellent. Return trip to Cork, too warm on bus, AC was intermittently on and couldn't connect to WiFi. Both trips were on schedule.”

“Journey to and from Dublin airport was great. I would say that the coach on way back from the airport was due to stop at Belfast international airport for 10 minutes (advised by driver on earlier leg of the journey) however, driver at the airport refused break and stated that he didn’t have time to stop. Several people on the bus needed toilet break so it was pretty uncomfortable for journey to Derry from the airport.”

“It was efficient and comfortable and luckily we had pre-booked because otherwise we may have not got on. My one criticism was the loud radio all the way from Dublin to cork was not great. I realise it's impossible to find music to everyone's taste but perhaps something soothing and uncontroversial would be better?”

“Problem I see is there is no order during the loading your baggage process. The drivers are absolutely no help and they're not going to assist you one bit. I had to assist a lady load her bag because it was too heavy for her. If you're one of the first people to load bags your bag will end up pushed to the very far back and you will literally have to crawl inside the bus storage compartment to get your bag. This is fine if you're under the age of 40 but if you're 65 years old and you have to crawl into a bus storage compartment with bad knees it's not easy. You need somebody on board the bus to assist with luggage. Make the extremely unfriendly drivers do it they are no help at all.”

“Timely departures and arrival. Reasonably priced. Mechanically sound vehicle and very courteous professional drivers. lots of room for luggage under coach. This is a direct service which is appreciated after a long haul flight. Can't always get the wifi to work and on the outbound sector the charging ports did not appear to be working. Outbound coach was an old one - seats looking worn and scuffed but still comfortable. Temperature was too cold on the return sector.”
