“Great service unfortunately it can be very inconvenient when it is not run hourly like it was in the past. I assume this is a finance issue or staff issue but if this changes the hourly service would be fantastic”

“The driver was very kind and helpful and got me to the airport comfortably and conveniently. I am an infrequent visitor to Dublin and my first time using Aircoach, so when it was running a bit late, I was a bit nervous as to how reliable it was, with no alternative way of getting to the airport nearby if it didn’t arrive, hence the 4 stars. If possible would be good to have some software built in to track the buses that we could follow on the app.”

“my pickup was at ballsbridge 590. the stop was poorly labelled, and I had some difficulty in finding it. Luckily people on the street knew which Dublin bus stop was also an Aircoach stop. Everything else was fine except I did not download the entire ticket for the driver when I had access to Wifi. He was fine with the booking reference sequence which I did have. I found the app difficult to use as well. I had to start over many times to finally get it right.”

“Efficient, comfortable, punctual, polite helpful staff and reasonably priced. Two downsides: 1 the 'bags on seats' brigade ... please make them pay for two seats. This is a real pain when the coach is busy. 2 passengers playing loud music without headphones!!”
