“The driver was very aggressive before during and after the journey. He got out of the bus to shout at a man dropping his daughter off at the airport due to the man being in a bus spot - he could have gotten out and pointed it out but he was very aggressive.”

“It's not possible as a retired to book tickets online, so this needs to be addressed. Coaches were only a little late, but clean, comfortable and efficient. The screens showing stops are often not working, so drivers have to shout down the coaches- not great for tourists!”

“I missed greatly the personal approach of Airporter.My contact by phone was unhelpful and not courteous.Booking was too difficult for myself an elderly person.The journey was satisfactory.I got no help to put my heavy case into the hold.”
