“Driver was extremely rude to my 76 year old mother as she didn’t have an E ticket. He made her wait until everyone was on the bus(she has mobility problems) until he would let her on even though she had a print out of her booking. Won’t be using again!”

“The buses seemed to be in good condition, they showed up as promised, and they even worked with us to help us get on an earlier bus when we ended up making it there ahead of time. Much appreciated.”

“The bus was on time and it went very smoothly. We arrived at our destination when you said we would and had a little tour of Dublin that included many landmarks. The drivers did not help with the bags so we didn't tip them as much as we normally do.”

“Service was good, however somewhat delayed (20 min) in part due to leaving late. The organisation at the airport terminal seemed convoluted as tickets were sold by the bus driver after arrival rather than the ticket agent in the booth before arrival.”

“Offered up my young adult card in hopes of a discount. Got charged 14.50€ instead. My friend who went one stop less only got charged 12€. Outrageous”
