“Having been used to the Friendly service I received over many years from Airporter it was obvious to me that when I joined your service for the first time from BFS to Derry, the Driver I would describe as cold and a bit indifferent to the needs of his Customers. However, on the return journey from Derry to BFS the driver was what I expected. Your Customers come first. If the outgoing driver is unhappy with his job then leave and find employment more suited to your attitude and personality. The new service is in my opinion just another bus journey without the Friendliness of Airporter.”

“Great value for money, maybe have slightly more informative pick up/drop off descriptions; for example the street I was sent was a good 3 miles long maybe put “X street, on the corner with Y street””

“The coach never arrived at the meeting place. On e I had contacted the office, I was told I was in the wrong place. After I sent a screen shot of my ticket, it was agreed I was actually where I was told to be, yet this was not where the bus departed. Awful service...”

“We traveled on Aircoach twice in May. Both times the coach came on time and got us to our destination comfortably. My only note is that the drivers could have been more helpful removing our luggage from below. The bags had been pushed to the back, and he watched as I, an older person, had to climb way into the hold to retrieve our suitcases.”
