“Customer service was so helpful when I had to reschedule due to having Covid. Bus driver Belfast airport to Derry was brilliant. On the return, Derry to Belfast Airport, the driver avoided helping anybody stow their hold luggage which was especially noticeable considering there were only half a dozen of us boarding.”

“On time, friendly driver & got to the airport on time. On the return leg, would have had to wait nearly 2 hours for one to get me home, so had to get a taxi instead, BUT if you can schedule your flights around their timetable, definitely worth it 😊”

“The bus was far too hot leg room could be better and no bottle/cup holders on the back of the seats. Also there should be CCTV recording the luggage area as one of our bags was stolen and no one seen anything!”

“No air conditioning on the bus, it was really hot and we were sitting near the front - it must have been awful down the back. The bus was full and very stuffy, driver said there was nothing he could do about it. Not great and the journey took a long time going through city centre”
