“We were connecting Aircoach buses at Dublin Airport. We had 10 minute-connection time. Our bus from Galway was 10 minutes late in arriving. The driver was so kind to make sure we got the connecting bus and did make a little change for us. We are so appreciative for him! Thank you”

“Our bus never showed up. We were told “it is stuck in traffic and will be here in a few minutes”. An hour later it was still not there. We were clearly lied to. The 1:45 bus arrived on time. We were told the bus was full and couldn’t get on. Miraculously the bus was not full. Maybe half. Then we were let on. After that it was smooth. Didn’t appreciate the lies.”

“We were seated near the back of the bus. We asked to stop at st vincents hospital. He did not stop. He said that he had called earlier. So, he kept driving. Eventually , he opened the door at the Applegreen filling station. A horrible experience.”
