“Good service, on time, flexi time and good value. Couple of issues: 1) invest in a microphone or digital display to announce the next bus stop. Impossible to hear the driver announcing it and 2) Great to have wall plugs to allow to charge your phone, but in both trips, both were broken.”

“I was extremely happy travelling with Airbus . The bus was very comfortable and I could use the toilet if need be . It dropped me in Maynooth where my two daughters live . I hope to travel with Aircoach again .”

“I travelled on the Aircoach from Derry to Belfast. We left on time, the journey was pleasant and we arrived at the expected time. The staff were helpful and courteous.”

“It was very simple to book in advance the ticket. The driver was very polite, friendy, on time and a good driver. He was aware of my booking even if I did it only few hours before.”

We seriously apologize for the late arrival and for the driver's abrupt behavior towards the passengers. We understand it would have been uncomfortable for everyone. “Had a very good trip to and from Belfast International Airport.I have to highlight one of the drivers for special praise Bill was his name.A very professional,friendly man. Not taking away from the other driver as he was also good. One thing that was an inconvenience was not been able change or original point of departure.My wife was asked to cancel her original booking and book another ticket which was very inconvenient for us as we couldn't risk not getting on holiday. Why days ahead of the holiday when we informed Aircoach could they not accommodate our request. My wife questioned the lady on the phone as to why. She didn't seem either to want to offer a valid reason or was being pedantic.She then hung up the phone line. Now we did receive a email some days later as to apologise about that level of customer service. Getting people to pay extra for flexible fares and not be able to change a pick up point with days notice seems a bit much to me.”
