Maybe now that the full travel is back Killiney service could return to hourly at least for key hours. Otherwise very good.

Horrible service! We arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled pick-up at 8:15 a.m. to go to the airport, but the coach never came! We waited and waited, and the 8:45 a.m. coach also did not come. We had to take a taxi to reach the airport. There were no traffic problems going to the airport, which took 25 minutes, as expected. Do not use AirCoach!

A frightening experience. Our driver was not friendly and drove very dangerously and irresponsibly. We were very scared and couldn't wait to get off the coach, which we did before the stop we wanted to get off at.

We used a lot of bus services while in Ireland and this one was by far the cleanest. The driver was nice clearly communicated and there were no issues with the transportation.

Your bus driver (1500 from Dalkey to Airport on Sunday 3 September) needs to improve his customer-facing skills: 1. I dropped my phone on the bus, but didn't notice this. 2. Another traveller found it and gave it to the bus driver. He did not make any announcement about this. 3. When I noticed that I had lost my phone, I went up to the driver to ask if anyone had handed it in. His response? "Is it this?" So, if I had not noticed that it was missing, he would have just kept it? You really need to have a word with him about this. I have further criticism of him but have not got time to go into it. Suffice it to say that he caused me to almost miss the bus and did not appear to care about this at all.

Boarded bus in Belfast for transport to Dublin Airport. The luggage was placed in back of the cargo hold due to the volume of passengers. At arrival at the airport the bus driver made no effort to retrieve the luggage. A 65 year old passenger needed to crawl into the cargo hold to retrieve the luggage. I am sure the company could provide some type of extension hook to retrieve the bags instead of having passengers climb into the hold area.

Toilet was out of order on a long trip. A few passengers had to convince the driver to stop so they could pee on the side of the highway. And it wasn't particularly clean, but other than that it was fine.

Bang on time leaving and arriving. Very clean. Wifi patchy in places. Good value for such a reliable service. I worked all the way to Dublin.

From start to finish the service and ease of booking on-line were excellent. The buses were punctual. The driver's service (communications) was also very good.

Why have passengers to arrange their luggage in the coach. Placed my bag so I could easy retrieve it at the airport but it had been pushed to the very back of the coach. A young lady very kindly crawled into the coach and pulled it out. No help for elderly or disabled passangers.

Service and times are good bus stop locations good. Improvements for my route would include starting at cork Airport and going through cork city and updating website to allow end to end bookings with transfers (Cork to Belfast booking is ridiculous).

the service on killiney route is poor as it has not been restored to hourly service. this causes problems when flights are delayed meaning people have to wait 2 hours until the next one. also always full on evenings due to this
