“a service much appreciated and high praise for the driver for the logistics of inter city travel As in age bracket over 65 years it is assumed that the N Ireland travel pass will be acceptable for free travel on this route as enjoyable 3.5 hr trip as any. safe pleasant an comfortable journey Could you clarify the routes on which the N Ireland free travel pass is acceptable by air coach including the Dublin-Cork route Thanks again John J Conlon”

“Driver was a gent - Left Cork Late - Appeared to wait for bus to fill up- Bus was full - was cramped with my bag on my lap. - could not work and was concerned not to get cramps - Glad I dindn't have to use the loo. Also arrived back at 8pm and had to wait until just after midnight to get bus to killarney for 04:30 arrival so rented a car instead. Bus is excellent with charge points etc but did just as much work in the rent a car as I did in the bus- more (in fact ) as I was able to listen to my own music and make speaker phone calls.”

We apologize for the delay departing from Cork, as well as the overcrowding issue. We can understand not being able to work with such conditions and the need to rent a car. It's a shame that you weren't able to take full advantage of the buses' features. We understand that providing excellent service is very important to you. “Booked return ticket from Cork to Dublin Airport. No issues going to the airport. However, didn't get a chance to take the returning trip - the luggage store was full (thank you all who carry three suitcases with them...) even though some seats were still empty. Driver said there's no way for extra bus even though it happened third time in last few days... And that next bus will be full as well. Advised me to lodge the complain. I did it last Sunday but there's still no reply. Obviously, I had to get a ticket with someone else (gobus). Extra costs, no contact from aircoach. Didn't know they never reply to their customers...”

We apologize for what happened and regret to hear that you didn't get a chance to take the return trip due to the luggage store being full. We understand it must have been a hassle to have to book a ticket with another airline and pay an additional cost. We are sorry that you have not received a response to your complaint and we would like to know from you how we can make things better for our customers.
