Last Thursday I booked a bus to the airport. I was waiting over half an hour and had to get a Dublin bus. I emailed them then, asking for a refund, haven't heard anything.

Booked tickets using "guest checkout" money taken but app hung and no tickets delivered. Not a safe app to use

Not 9.30 or 10.30 bus from airport to Portlaoise to tonight. WHY????? Crowds waiting here since 9.25. Now I have to drive from laois up to the airport. I’m disgusted. Will not be using this service again. So frustrated

The bus arrived 25 minutes late at Athlone on the route Galway-Dublin. The driver was very kind. The bus was very comfortable. Thanks!!

Unless, why does one's in Dungiven have to drive to Derry 20 miles to get the Aircoach which then passes through Dungiven to Belfast Airport. Time table is not clear, if it does stop in Dungiven why is this not priced or catered for.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know all about your experience with Aircoach! We are so sorry to hear that it was not as pleasant as it should have been. We understand that it can be very frustrating for the people in Dungiven to have to drive 20 miles to Derry in order to use the Aircoach, unfortunately Aircoach are unable to stop in Dungiven as it is not a designated stop for our coaches. We really appreciate your feedback and we would love to understand in more detail how this could be improved. How can we make things better for you and others who have the same issue?

Actually, I had a bad experience coming from the Airport with my family we booked online and my sister's family booked from the Airport and we loaded our luggage and when we started boarding we got in and my sister's family didn't as the driver said and they had to get their luggage out and wait for the next bus although a lot of seats was vacant till the end of our destination and kids kept crying and sad that they cousins were expected to join them,,, that was really disappointing for all of us

Really poor. With no traffic or diversions the aircoach was already 20 minutes behind schedule by the time it reached the SECOND STOP! How is that possible? I found the drivers to be generally very unpleasant recently and only mumble which terminal we are at which causes confusion amongst passengers as to whetherthey need to get off. On my return to Ireland I opted to take 3 dublin buses (for a total of €2)to get home rather than get on the aircoach again.

The most unreliable transport especially if you are not taking it from central zone. It was late25minutes on one of the starting pickup points. And there is not the possibility to talk to support. As well at the airport sellers there isnt any kind of system its like chaotic bunch. Also the sellers never mentioner the opportunity for return ticket, which is about 35% cheaper. Never ever again.

Pretty terrible service...2 hours on first leg. 40 mins late to arrive. 2nd leg packed.. they had to refuse lots of people and were incredibly cheeky. People waiting over an hour just to get bus. Drivers very cheeky too. Never again

I'm irish, and the 28.07.2023 I bought a return ticket at dublin aerport, the man didnt tell me you had to go on line, cashed in the fare and ...... Coulnt get on 4 buses...as only take online bookings.Your on line booking service is impossible if you havnt the app.The driver of the 700 bus around 19h30, was very sressed, unpolite and totaly unprofessionel. What image are you showing of dublin and Ireland! For my return journey, Rang your office and asked if the person could book for me and send me an email as i had a return ticket- he said No. So my sister in dublin did and send me photo...What a mess and very stressful. I have been using aercoach for years, what a shame. Im coming over again and will see what other company I can use....

I was refused the boarding since there was no room in the luggage store. Left a complaint in here, since the company does not reply to the emails. I was asked what would I expect them to do after I was refused the boarding. I would expect every normal company to just refund the ticket... I could not reply since one can only reply after logging in to this portal which is paid option. I gues that's the way airchoach is trying to avoid responsibilty.
