I travelled from Cork to Dublin. The bus was comfortable and the journey was excellent and punctual. The young uniformed ticket checker in Cork was unnecessarily pompous, chiding me for not being 10 mins early (the bus was a third full) that same Message could have been delivered kindly and encouragingly to explain that it could make a difference if the bus was closer to being full. I inadvertently left a treasured and pretty cool scarf in the bus, only realising it when I arrived home. Despite engaging with Lost Property very quickly, the scarf had not been turned in. Very disappointing.

Booked coach at last minute to catch a last minute flight from Dublin following disruption by air traffic control in UK causing flight from Belfast to be cancelled. Booking was easy. Driver was very polite and friendly. Comfortable journey of two hours overnight and would recommend this service.

I had the pleasure of being on the coach with Dwane driving from Stillorgan to Dublin Airport on Wednesday. He was very friendly and highly efficient, alongside being a very good driver. He is a credit to the company. It is much easier to complain than to compliment, but I am delighted to call out exceptional service when received.

I booked single tickets in error. I phoned and was advised to purchase new tickets & that the original cost could be refunded if I wrote an email which I did. I have received a response saying that I used the original tickets despite having presented the new tickets to the driver. Very disappointed. I will not use Aircoach again.

Positive - the young lady at the airport who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Negatives - neither driver (out & back) helped customers put luggage into the boot of the coach. Every passenger had to not only put their own suitcase in, but we also had to make way for our own cases by pushing other people's heavy luggage further back to make space. Both drivers stood by and simply watched people of all ages struggle, whilst some passengers had to help each other. My return bus (only one an hour) was cancelled but the next one was 40 minutes late, so I was over an hour late at the airport. If you want to guarantee to catch your flight, avoid Aircoach. It's the worst airport bus service I've ever experienced.

All is Good. At the end of the day it's a bus. WiFi, phone charging and comfortable enough apart from the fekin gobshite Ukranians who seem to think they had to shout every fekin word constantly for practically the whole journey. Helpful driver.

Really poor service tonight at Dublin airport tried to buy a ticket with my AIB bank card and it was declined twice I was then told by the guy selling the tickets that the machine doesn’t take AIB cards and it’s always an issue? Surly this is not the case and if it was you would endeavour to find a solution. Luckily I had cash but really poor service and it needs to be reviewed.
