Very unreliable when coming from Dublin Center to the Airport. Took it weeks in a row, the first in the morning, it was late by 40 minutes. The second time was at night, the bus never showed up. Save yourself the money and the wait, take the city bus 16.

I am trying to track the Aircoach but your app that I was informed you could track the coach does not have an option. Frustrating

Aircoach 20 minutes late for 9.30am pickup in Athlone this morning and 30 minutes late picking up in Maynooth for the 5pm bus. I've only travelled twice with this company and bus was late each time

It's unacceptable that our bus was 20 minutes late for the 9.30am pickup in Athlone and 30 minutes late picking up in Maynooth for the 5pm bus. Contacted them three times about my refund (I was refused the return trip from Dublin Airport to Cork). Got only one reply asking how I think my issue should be resolved... I'm not joking, instead of refund the actually asked me what should they do :). Still no refund though.

Bus never showed up waiting more than half an hour. Had to get a normal bus, nearly missed my flight. I emailed and never got a reply. I want my money back please

Route 704X (Express) from Cork City to T2 Dublin Airport, booked the express bus , 5am from Cork , arriving in T2 at 8.30am, this service ended up making stops in Dublin City center ? First time user , last time user.

Very efficient ,it's a shame as my husband and & I are over 70 we had to rely on helpful passengers to pull our case out on both journeys .If there is a next time we will have to be last in not first.

on your timetable for 702 , you have Rock Road and Mount Merrion road together. It should be only Merrion Road, there is no Mount Merrion Road. Mount Merrion is a different location. This is confusing for visitors.

I was a first time customer so no preconceived ideas. Easy, clean coach ,left on time, experienced driver with a sense of humour, arrived on time. Simple. No question, I will use again.

Absolutely terrible service from this company. I paid for flexi incase anything happened our flight, apparently this is only good for the coach before or after your original booking. My flight was canceled and I had no other way home, was stranded and down £50 for bus tickets. All they could suggest was I buy new tickets and claim the new tickets back off the airline. Would be nice if I had a spare £50 lying around to buy new tickets but i did not. Disgusting to leave a paying customer in such a vulnerable state upset and distressed. Will never use this company again I would rather pay for the slight inconvenience of not traveling directly to the airport and have the comfort security and safety provided by other transport companies. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

The lack of predictability is frustrating- I waited for 42 minutes in the rain for the bus I had booked, despite being 10 minutes early for the scheduled bus. It must have come more than 10 mins early. Although I understand traffic makes times slightly unpredictable, a live tracker would be extremely useful and reduce stress when trying to make a flight.

Have been waiting 30 mins at Stephen's Green North, no sign of coach to airport and no live tracking information (that I can see)
