Having a service that only operates every 2 hours on a Friday evening at 8pm when the airport is packed, and especially when I paid extra for a flexible ticket, complete waste time. I gave 2 stars only because the customer lady was pleasant.

The Flexi is there to allow passengers to change the date and time of their ticket. In order to make things better, we are reviewing the 702/703 route and discussions are ongoing with the NTA. We feel we were really let down by Aircoach on Sept 6th. We got to Donnybrook really early 6:40 a.m. and saw the 6:56 fly by..."fully booked" as were the next 4 half hourly buses to the airport. Of course had we known, we would have booked but the obvious is that more buses, greater frequency are needed!

We waited for an hour for the bus to Dublin airport, but it never came. Ended up taking a taxi. Waste of money and a very stressful situation. Strongly discourage anyone from using this service. Better to hire a taxi and get there on time.

I waited for the Aircoach on the Airport T2 to Dublin for an hour at 2 am in the freezing cold. No buses showed up and I ended up taking the taxi. I am not sure I will be even thinking of using Aircoach ever again, they're not reliable at all.

Missed the aircoach bus by 5 minutes from Belfast to Derry our luggage was late coming out waited 4hours no bus other people waiting too had to end up getting bus to Europa and another to Derry on 11th September worst service ever couldn't get through to anyone. Bring back the airporter🤬

Bought tickets for the 700 bus at the airport. 45 minutes had passed and still no bus so we asked the worker. She said it would be another hour or so for the bus. Talked to another passenger who said the 3 times he took the aircoach it was all delayed. Wasted almost 2 hours standing in the cold. We ended up taking a taxi. Sure, sometimes the bus can be delayed but whats not acceptable is that no one told us anything. No intercom or electronic board messages. At least tell me that youre going to be 2 hours late so I don't waste my time.

Used to be by far the best service with the old app. Used it weekly from DUB to airport. Alas, now useless. No bulk tickets for pre purchase, late coaches, full coaches. A pity. Now switched to competitors.

Inbound and outbound journey to Kildare St both took far longer than timetabled due to traffic. Don't timetable journeys as 45 mins if the rush-hour traffic - which is always there - is going to make them take almost twice as long. Driver on the inbound service was fine - but the driver on the service back to the airport (20/9/23, 18:07 from St Stephens Green) was miserable as hell. Didn't speak one word to me - no greeting, no 'that'll be 8 euro please', no 'thank you', no 'goodbye' in response to mine, not one single word. Just stared at me and pointed at the ticket machine when he wanted me to pay. I guess some people just aren't cut out for customer-facing roles, and he definitely isn't.

We took the Aircoach bus from Dublin City to the Dublin Airport. The bus was 15 minutes late and the screen on the window on our side obstructed vision and was annoying. We should have taken the regular city bus for much less money, and will do so the next time.

Bus arrived 8 minutes early. Too many people let on the bus in O’Connell St with no tickets do bus did not stop in Parnell Sq. Took over an hour to get to the airport. Route is too long

Terrible, 700 route from Clayton hotel to Dublin airport Wednesday 20th September didn’t turn up , no update on web . Assistance office closes at 530pm bad support service and I bought a flexi ticket for the privilege of the bus not turning up. .it’s hard enough travelling through Dublin airport and really don’t need this.

You claim to have facilities for disabled user's...this not true I was left by assistance to Air Coach by wheelchair but found to my alarm that the stairs into the coach where very steep and I suffered a lot if pain trying to get up the steps.......no step on avaliable...the seat I sat at clearly had a disabled sticker on it this was a joke

Dublin Airport to cork aircoach driver was very rude to customers last night 22:25hrs, using bad language (shouting) and leaving the driver window open leaving public to freeze inside even after asking he didn’t bother to turn the heating on. He was so so rude. Even the way looking at people, very scary.

On route from Belfast/Dublin 705x Would like to mention your driver named summer. How incredibly helpful she was with all passengers. The bus was delayed and Summer kept us all informed and was very helpful and plesant, so much that I have taken the time to leave her a review. I recognise her from previous journeys- she deserves this recognition as if it wasn't for her being so informative in a nice manor I wouldn't have reviewed. Thank you summer!
