Last April I travelled there and back and Both drivers were very tetchy, rude and in a hurry. In both August and September the drivers couldn’t have been nicer and called out stop names very clearly

Airport transfer was fine however Aircoach took my payment twice that's 2 x $18 should have been 1 x transaction for 2 x persons (return ticket). I pointed this out via the online chat as the emails are "non return" mailboxes. they have acknowledged the mistake and had promised to return the payment within 3 to 5 days. Obviously they did not do that, did not keep that promise so I have tried 5 times to resolve this and they are messing me around. I am surprised that they are desperate to keep $18? My advice to you all is book with an alternative transfer service because if they do this to you you will struggle to be treated in a professional manner. Very poor customer service. God only knows how they claim to be Airport Coach Operator of the Year 2020? Must have awarded it to themselves or no coaches had been running due to COVID!! All I can say is it gives a very bad reflection of Dublin. Shame that 1 x weak link can ruin someone's experience.

Don't take Aircoach at all because you will miss your plane! The buses are always full and don't stop at the bus stop to go to the airport! And what's more, the ticket will not be refunded! In addition to having lost the money for the ticket you will have to pay for the taxi! It's like a scam! Truly absurd!

Sorry, more frequent service needed. Every 2 hours to South Dublin is not enough. It used be every hour, which was great and buses were always full.

Very comfortable, clean seats...provides mobile phone charger stations. The driver departed and arrived on schedule and was very courteous.

Incorrect signage in Dublin Airport advising you’re a 24/7 service into Dublin City on bus stop signage at Terminal 1. The RTPI boards also advise incorrect times (stating a 01:55 service will depart when there isn’t). 25+ tourists into the city via taxi instead. * from reading your replies, it looks like you’re using an AI to respond. So the above is pointless.

Absolutely not acceptable. Selling tickets at terminal 2 for a bus to come in 15 min and not letting passengers on the bus. Not giving any refunds. Only chance is to wait for the next bus and to wait for another 30 min. Or another 30 mins. as this bus might be full as well.

Unfriendly man checking us onto Bus at Cork. Got to the Bus after a nightmare finding parking for our car 5 mins before departure and he glibly told us he could have sold our tickets to walk on customers. Bus was only half full…..

Took bus from downtown Dublin to the airport, the bus 30 minutes late with absolutely no explanation. Almost late for flight, don’t book with this company

My parents in their 70s went to get the bus from terminal 2 after arriving back from holidays last Thursday evening. They waited for the bus to Leopardstown and when it arrived it had only 1 seat left. Had this bus already picked up passengers at terminal 1? They obviously couldn’t get this. Is there no alternative for passengers at terminal 2 but to wait another 45 minutes for the next bus? This is not a service to be relied upon.

Bus belongs in the 80's - shakes and rattles all the time - each and every time - no route stop display on board - maybe the driver will shout out the next stop, maybe not - no way would another European city airport authority accept this rubbish

I was driving in front of a 703 bus just after midday on Sat 30th Sep 2023. It was lashing rain and we had just entered the port tunnel going towards the airport, I was in the left lane beginning cautiously due to wet tyres, but got up to just under 80kms which I maintained most of the way, but the bus was tailgating me the whole way through. Not only did it not keep the 2 chevrons behind me, they even flashed the lights at me on 2 occasions. I was not going to be intimidated to speed while in the slow lane going through a tunnel. Very aggressive and dangerous driving for a public bus with passengers on board. Its drivers like this who cause accidents.

The bus was more than an hour late. Late when leaving, then also goes through Dublin traffic and arrives 80 minutes later than planned. Disgrace of a service.

The worst service I have ever seen. There was no Bus 700 in Dublin for almost 1 hour even though there should be a bus every 15 min. Moreover, customer service argue that e-mail service is working. However, we tried several e-mail account to contact Aircoach but only mail delivery fail messages. Thus, they do not fix the repayment of the bus tickets.

The timetable says that I should be arriving at 15:38 to terminal 2. It is 15:34 and the bus is passing Pearse station. So unreliable service for people going to the airport.

I accidentally selected the wrong direction for my journey, I paid for flexi booking and immediately called customer service. They said there was nothing they could do.

Ok so 20 mins late not too bad but when the driver has to manually enter my booking code and not use a scanner with the qr code it added huge amount of time for the boarding process adding further delays. Come on guys this is the 21st century!

Brutal service, whats the point in having a timetable if you're not going to follow it. Got to stop early bus already gone, waited in awful weather 3o mins for the next one which leaves late to fill up more. Not the first time.
