Waiting for 45 minutes this morning in the rain and when the coach turned up it was full, went on public transport instead.

Hi I bought a ticket today at 6.50 for killiney to airport I realised I had forgotten my phone my flight ticket was on phone I had to walk from dalkey to my home 30 minutes in the rain. I got a lift from killiney to stillorgan from my brother after waiting for bus it arrived at 8.26 15 minutes late I got on bus and explained to driver what had happened showed him my ticket 🎟 he wouldn't listen or help me I had to pay again. I think common sense should of prevailed anyway won't use service again driver of stillorgan service could of been nicer ..

Didn’t catch the bus driver’s name on today’s (10.10.23) 15.05 bus from Derry to Belfast Int but he was an absolute gent, saw me running down the road to make it, could have driven off as it was time but held on for me. Would have missed my flight completely without his tiny act of kindness. Have used Aircoach before, will certainly use Aircoach again.

Bus didn’t show for 40 minutes, time I’d rather have spent at the airport. No tracking technology (unusual in 2023), no text or email notification from Aircoach. Last time I booked coach in June it was 35 minutes so not a one off. It’s not a good service or value for money if arriving late & stressed to the airport.

Two buses didnt turn up on the Donnybrook to Airport route. No real time information so no idea where they were or when the next one was due. Waited half an hour. Bailed. Got taxi. Never buy aircoach tickets in advance. Only take this service if you are at the stop and it randomly turns up. You can't trust it.

Is this a joke? Sad reflection of Irish work ethic to start airport bus service at 7 when Aer Lingus flights arrive at 4.30am. Terrible paddywhackery. Go to Spain instead

Myself and my partner boarded the 703 Aircoach at 16.55 today from Killiney to Dublin Airport Terminal 2 and our experience with our bus driver Lisa was nothing but exceptional. She greeted everyone with a smile on her face, was patient, helpful and gave advice to passengers without even needing to ask. She made it very clear what terminal each passenger had to get off at which I think everyone appreciated. She was friendly and happy to chat to passengers to make them feel welcome as soon as they stepped on board, and even cracked a joke here and there which put us all in a cheerful mood. As an Irish person, I’d be proud to think that a tourists first experience with an Irish national on arriving into this country is with Lisa :)

My 17 year old daughter, who is autistic and wearing a hidden disabilities lanyard, travelled herself from Bray to Dublin Airport today. She told me the bus driver was lovely and aware of lanyard, making her feel at ease. Then gave directions for the quickest way to get to security on arrival at airport. Also advising that won't be leaving for another 15 minutes if she needed to come back. This has been outstanding customer service and this driver is an absolute credit to your company. Thank you .

Standing at Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan since 9.20. Still no sign of the 9 29 bus.?? Its now 9.49.

Had a great trip to Belfast during the week, left Dublin and arrived in Belfast on time and went back on one of the new Coaches, very nice to travel in and good value.

We had a booking in the Morning to the Airport. Bus came 20 minutes too late and was full. 15 people had to go by cab although they had a pre-booked and paid ticket otherwise we had missed the plane

I used the service several times and was satisfied with the service. However, last time the driver was really rude and hostile. He was not aware of the terms printed on the ticket (i.e., even though, the language on the ticket states the following: "To board, you must be able to scan the QR shown above on your phone or by printing this e-mail or the attachment" the driver wanted to refuse to accept it; the same issue as it was described by others too), and he seemed to totally forget that he was supposed to serve the customer(s) and not the other way around. I gave 2 stars due to more pleasant past experience.

Terrible service. I had a QR code but the driver refused it, saying that I needed the receipt. I couldn’t access it. Why wasn’t my QR code accepted?? Don’t you have a scanner for that? Why send me that code if it wasn’t going to be taken into consideration?? The driver then said he had to leave and I couldn’t get on unless I paid again. A man gallantly paid for my passage I.e. one way for £14.50 with a Visa credit card ending with 4209. I think he felt bad for the bad service I was getting and my first experience in Dublin. I have the receipt of his purchase. Please kindly reimburse this man. The driver (#100180) was not friendly, put on the brakes hardly at every stop. He was surely having a bad day and/or clearly does not enjoy working with the public. Very disappointed in your driver’s attitude. I accidentally pressed on “own driver” below.
