“I traveled to Dublin from Cork on Saturday the 21st Oct using my Public Service Card.(senior citizen) Booking was easy and the drivers on both journeys were courteous and helpful. My journey from Cork was at 6 am the return journey was booked for 3 pm. As i finished my appointment in Dublin early, I asked the driver of the 1 pm bus if he could facilitate me. Without hesitation he told me to hop on and helped me in the process. Such courtesy must be commended. Well done Aircoach.”

“The old service stopped at Maghera and Dungiven now dont stop at either . How are people who don’t live in the City supposed to get from the airport and back? I contacted them re this ages ago said they would review it but never came back to me. Obviously a Dublin company don’t know or care what local people need .”

“I had Simon drive us from Cork to Dublin, he welcomed us on board and before setting off made a tanoy announcement letting us Know he was new to the route and made some funny jokes and invited us to sit back relax and enjoy the journey and he made the journey really enjoyable and was very welcoming. Credit to your driving team at Aircoach thank you Simon”

“Waited nearly 45 minutes at O Connell St stop this morning to go to Dublin airport and when coach finally arrived driver said it was fully booked and only accepting passengers with tickets booked online. He said next coach due 'in 20 minutes'. Yeah right. Couldn't risk it took a taxi. Aircoach have been utterly unreliable since Covid and work off a fictitious timetable. I'm using Dublin Express from now. Same fare, more frequent service and more customer service agents”

“Bus came to stop 10 mins early. I was sheltering at a Dublin Bus stop about 30m from Aircoach stop. When I saw Aircoach I ran down the road, but as I said, it was 10 mins early, I had planned to be at the right stop. Bus driver shouted at me and beeped his horn. Said I was at the wrong stop and he wouldn’t stop for me next time. Then started shouting at me for my ticket very aggressively. Now then drove like a maniac towards the airport. This was the driver on 700 route supposed to pick up in Sandyford at 10.19 but actually arrived at 10.09. Do the drivers not have to stay on the schedule? If i hadn’t been 10 mins early I would have missed my bus.”

“Hi, I am on the Aircoach 700 atvpresent literally leaving O'Connel St. Alex is the driver. His attitude and how he speaks to customer is appalling. As an Irish person, I am very embarrassed by this service. He was abrupt, rude, shouting and demeaning towards customers. He was also very rude towards an older gentleman with a free travel pass that was out of date since July. Absolutely disgraceful service.”

“Good service friendly drivers unfortunately there is NO TOILET on the bus from Derry to Dublin. the bus does stop at Belfast International Airport for 10 minutes, just enough time to us the facilities there. If traveling with children or adults with medical problems it is a nightmare as the bus will cannot stop. Sarah”

“I booked it wrongly and aircoach didn't help me because I didn't pay for flexibook, people can't make mistakes unless they pay for it, there are no costumers rights in Ireland.”

“I bought tickets online, the money on my card is gone, but I don't have any tickets. Instead, I saw the message “Your time has expired, try again”, why are you writing off money then? Terrible.”

“The booking process is not very seamless. I have used it twice now, and both times the card payment does not successfully complete first time, so you have to start over. Today, this triggered a security alert with my card, and now I have a long conversation/wait with my bank as my card has been blocked. They may have taken funds twice, so all in all, a very frustrating experience.”
