Friday 29th 8:25pm Arrival Dublin Had booked 700 online Aprroaching my stop in Donnybrook. Driver SILENT so stop up with bag .....he drives right on still silent. No apology. What's going on within Aircoach?8

The most unreliable transport company I’ve ever seen. Their buses are never on time if they arrive at all. Multiple times, I was waiting for a bus and, when it didn’t come or simply didn’t stop, I had to take a cab in addition to the purchased bus ticket. Once their customer support didn’t respond at all and lately they just hang up on me.

The last bus from Greystones to the airport is at 6pm and the last bus from the airport to Greystones is at 8pm...every 2 hours... how can you call this a service?

I'm on the 702 and havd ticket details I can share with you later. I got picked up in Bray and the driver has refused to open the luggage compartment to let people put the luggage under the bus. There are loads of bags now taking up seats and I just seen the driver refuse to take anymore passengers and leave some people on the side of the road because the bus is 'full'. It's very early in the morning. What a joke.

Coming to the airport 2 busses were full. And coming back no busses until 6.00 What happened to the great service we used to have.

Your service is not regular along the 703 route and services too many stops. It comes only every other hour. It takes over an hour to travel 21km.

So easy to book tickets, reasonable prices. Buses are regular and drivers are very kind. One driver actually waited a few minutes until our case’s arrived. He didn’t delay the bus, he was just so helpful and reassuring. Recommend this company

Something that had never happened to me before on this coach line... I had an unpleasant experience with driver 991490 on the 704x noon bus to Cork today. I made a mistake booking my ticket (paid for a Young Adult instead of a Student one). He was enraged by the situation and more so about me carrying a sandwich to eat on board. I never refused to pay for the extra fee (who would refuse paying 6€ to own up their mistake) nor to comply with his order not to eat on board. But the driver was, without justification, completely unpolite and aggressive towards me. I didn't directly complain to him out fear if being denied boarding. That's certainly no way to treat your customers. I hope the driver gets a refresher course on company customer policy.

This is the worst experience ever with a bus service designed for fast and leisurely travel! The estimated departure time was 8 am in leopardstown and estimated arrival time at airport 9:18 am. At 9:20 am we were still in Dublin center, with the worst traffic. The worst was the fact that the drive was 2 hours, instead 1 hr and 20 mins. This was a waste of money and time and service. The driver kept stoping and checking how many people he had let on the bus to make sure he can bring in more. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Buses full and half of departures never arrived. Don’t bother taking from Dublin city unless you have a prepaid ticket and give yourself an extra hour to get to the airport. People were literally on their knees in the street begging for the bus to stop for them. A very distressing experience

Service was 24 mins late. Called customer service. Felt I was stonewalled. Person wouldn’t even give me their name. Even their first name. Would not let me speak to a supervisor or manager. Asked if call was being recorded- asked could I get transcript. Told to email info@ but would not give me a reference number for the conversation. Told to just put in the time. Operator of the year in 2020. doesn’t seem it is any more.

Am be get the bus for a long time and the 11 bus c51 number reg is 231 got the bus last week it was later by 30 minutes and today I got the bus it was late again dont want a refund but this need to be looked into. Always the same. 20-30 minutes late leaving. Cant blame traffic all the time

It's a really nice service and buses. Affordable price. Only con is that they come every 2-3h only so oftentimes have to waste 2h waiting around at the airport after flights.

Arrived at the bus stop on Stillorgan Road 10 minutes ahead of schedule with a reserved seat. I was still standing there like a lemon half an hour later. There came no warning or explanation from the company (what's the point of buying in advance and handing over your contact details if they don't use them when something goes wrong?) and it took several minutes for the customer service line to answer. He said it was a couple of minutes away. It finally arrived 10 minutes later. The driver was incredibly rude and angry, and drove like a maniac through the city centre to make up time. When we finally arrived at the airport, the driver leaped out and hammered angrily on the window of the sales kiosk demanding to know what was going on. 50 sheepish and shocked passengers would also like to know but were too scared to ask! Dreadful service. Will be booking a taxi next time.

Used Aircoach for the first time booking the 703 service from Dublin Airport, departing at 13:35 on October 11th. The driver was unfriendly, abrupt, and had absolutely no manners or care towards his passengers. I understand the job is likely hard, and everyone has off days, but his unfriendliness set the tone for the rest of our vacation. From popping open the luggage compartment without a word and grunting for passengers to place their suitcases inside (no help offered whatsoever and not a word spoken, just grunts and gestures), to then watching me try to scan my QR code on the reader with disdain while shaking his head at me like I was an idiot, it did little to ease my worry. Turns out he didn't need to scan anything, just grunted about where I was going and scribbled it down on paper instead of looking at my booking ticket. Why bother making all these rules and systems and sending me a QR code if your own staff don't follow or endorse them? Communication is key and this worker was acting like a caveman. Little need to treat me like an intellectual amoeba when he couldn't even speak or communicate properly. Crammed into the coach with passengers ignoring everything advised against: keeping bags on chairs, yammering loudly, ignoring seatbelts, swearing up a storm behind me... The driver mumbled every stop en route and I had to keep Google Maps open on my phone to know where I was, he was that unintelligible. When it was our stop, we thanked him and got off, then he just stared at us as we asked about our luggage placed in the hold earlier. Without a word he got up from his seat (God forbid) popped the compartment open, watched us heave our suitcases out, then without a word crawled back into his seat and drove off. Gobsmacked and hope this isn't normal customer service in Ireland. Felt unwelcome and the whole experience was uncomfortable borderline hostile. Two stars for the price and gets you where you need to be, but I will be avoiding Aircoach in the future and advising others to do the same. Wish I took some of the poorer reviews more seriously.

The credit card machines at the airport and indeed on the buses are one of a kind but they don't recognise Aib cards. That's half the Irish customer base and needs to be rectified. Nothing wrong with my card it is 1 month old and functioning in every way

On the 3rd October I waited for the 8:53 from Drumcondra to the airport. By 9:19 it still hadn’t arrived and I was getting anxious about making my flight. Had to take a taxi even though I had already bought my ticket online. 26 minutes late and they refused to refund my ticket. Very disappointing.
