“Coach didn't arrive. Waited 1hr 30 mins at stilorgan Radisson hotel stop no coach turned up 515pm - 6.45pm Had to get taxi to airport . Terrible service not the first time of this happening . I hear drivers are not happy with wages . Do not rely on this service .”

“Decent service. But why do you say "tell us how Airchoach made you happy"? That's not asking for an objective review. One major negative is there is no "contact us" section on the website. So how can we ask you a question? Buying a ticket online asks for a specific time, for both going to the airport and returning. How can this make sense? We can neither know exactly when the bus will arrive, or when the plane will land. If you don't observe this part of the booking, then it should be removed, or made clear at booking time, so people don't have to worry about it.”

“Travelled with these on sat 28th october with 706x from galway to Dublin City from 2:15 with Kenneth very friendly and felt very comfortable on the bus and travelled back down with gerry at 11:45 and just made the journey so comfortable and chatted with us! Very friendly staff and very caring staff to tell us where to go to concert very helpful”

“Waited for 40 min no bus showed up, even though I had booked a ticket online in advance. In the end I had to take a regular bus so the money was completely wasted.”

“Friday 27 October. Waited for 40 minutes at the Drumcondra stop 02:00 to 2:40pm. No bus until one finally passed: full. Did not even stop. Do not use this service: it is massively unreliable.”

“Two trips, one from Belfast to Dublin, delayed about two hours... the only notification we got was an e-mail send to us an hour after the scheduled departure time. Second trip from Dublin to Dublin Airport, bus didn't even show up and after more then hour and a half of waiting we decided to take a cab so we could make it in time for our plane. Comfort, pricing, nothing is above average with this company, and whats most important, if you want to make it on time for anything or even make your plans around trips booked with AirCouch, you better don't, just use any other form of transport, really...”

“Standing in the rain at stevens green north stop waiting for 4.54 coach - no show. Very stressful when you have and early flight and it’s now 5.29 and no 5.24 service - great. Well done aircoach not like we are not on a timeline. Happened me during the summer as well - you live and learn.”

“Our booking reference is YLCW-DUIG-SSMW. We waited at the rock road Merrion avenue bus stop from 8.35 until 9.35. The 702 never arrived. We had to get a taxi to the airport. The 703 also did not appear in that time. It is a disgraceful service. We expect to get a refund at least. Brendan Mccormack”

“Had with them the worst experience of my life with a bus company. The timetable and frequency posted on their website differ completely from the reality. They say in some timeframes the frequency is 15 mins but it is never less than 30 mins. In addition, the bus arrives at random times, do not expect it to arrive at the times said on the web. In addition, they have no live tracking, so you better be lucky. In addition, if you are trying to get to the airport and you are at one of the last stops (Dublin city centre), good luck getting a seat. The day we tried we saw 1 full coach and another 2 that had very few seats left. People fought to get on the bus, being the vast majority unable to take it. Most people ended up having to take a taxi to not lose their planes.”
