Not very friendly to foreigners. I couldn’t use credit cards and couldn’t get change in cash. The driver asked me to go to the store to change the change and catch the next bus. He didn’t say that the next bus would be an hour later. I changed the change and waited for a long time, but no bus was there. , I almost delayed my flight, so I had to take a taxi to the airport, which was a waste of time.

Driver and staff very friendly. Coach very comfortable Great service Disappointed that the toilet door was locked. But Im sure it will be rectified. Ovetall a great service However I have booked my return journey to Belfast with Dublin Express as I sometimes need a toilet because of a health condition. I will see what I think of myjourney with Dublin Express

Sell your seat and leave early or if bus isn't full they sit for ages to fill it, chatting away and having a smoke with the other bus drivers, booked online, an was there on time, bus infront had the same code as my bus but when I went to get on it he told me the bus left 2 minutes ago even tho I was there and the only bus with with my code was going to the other end of the country, plus lie about being able to use toliets joke of a company.

Used the Aircoach service from Leicester to Birmingham airport and back for the first time at the end of October and I would definitely use them again. The online booking was easy and the ticket was emailed straight away. The bus was on time and the drivers were friendly and helpful . The bus was clean and comfortable , journey was direct to the airport with no problems. On the return journey I was much earlier than expected however there was no problem catching an earlier bus than the one I had originally booked. Just had to show my ticket and confirmation email to the driver. So no hanging around at the airport. A real bonus , a very good service

Would give these cowboys no stars if I could .Very rude staff at Dublin airport . Arrogant man refused to refund my ticket despite only purchasing it from the Kiosk 5minutes before .Don't really care about the refund but this man is no advert for the so call friendly Irish welcome .Left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and hope this is not reflective of how people operate in this country

Service excellent 👍 cork to dublin airport left on time and arrived on time ..excellent value for money …. Big shout out to our driver Joanne who’s witty personality was a breath of fresh air ( and the pamper wipes were a hit 😂) will defo take bus again

I had the 18.30 coach booked to pick me up at Belfast International on the 24 October 2023, I arrived at the pickup spot at 18.15, my bus did not arrive until 20.50 all that time I was left standing out in the cold waiting on my bus, it was a disgrace how I was treated I’m a pensioner I ended up very sick and two antibiotics, did not like my reply from the company after contacting them, they said they were sorry for my experience with air coach, that was it so disappointed in how it was dealt with

- The bus app does not work - no bookings are visible - The bus does not arrive at the time for which you booked a ticket - If you are too early or the bus is too late you can be refused entrance to the bus - The flex-tocket is not flex at all -

Terrible, driver to 703 to Glasthule is rude and unhelpful. Will leave bus stop 5 minutes early even if people have pre bought tickets.

As customers must be at the stop 10 minutes before the departure time, if there is no-one at the coach stop the driver can use his discretion and leave before his allotted time within reason. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

First time using the return service from Leicester to Birmingham Airport. I was nervous initially as the price paid was a mere £18 and the route is relatively new to Air coach. Well I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Both the drivers, Kal 14/10 and Chris 21/10 were very punctual and equally helpful throughout the travel . Chris was super friendly and even though I was the only passenger on his minibus, he engaged in conversation throughout the whole journey.. I will most definately be using Air coach again as the drivers were most pleasant, minibuses were comfortable and clean and the price paid was a bargain..I have no hesitation in highly recommending this reliable company which I feel will grow in the market very quickly..

Cork to Dublin return, had the pleasure of Simon as the driver both ways. On time, funny, and helpful. My phone died and he let me use his battery pack. Grazie! Bravissimo

Traveling on the 1.40pm from Belfast Saturday 4th November. New Coach absolutely amazing and so comfy. Driver Martin is an absolute gentleman and you can tell he really enjoys his job. His customer service is amazing. On the way down from Dublin on Friday 3rd 11.30am old coach was disgusting no charging facility and the driver wasn’t very friendly.
