“Great service from aircoach! Arrived at cork stop and go bus closed door on me at 630. Aircoach were very helpful! Now just leaving on 7pm bus Shoutout to Simon working on the ground here in Cork.”

“Needed to travel Cork to Dublin and booked 2 seats on aircoach, when I returned to site after verifying bank details the session had timed out. I began again and when checking my account I was charged twice. Aircoach refused to refund one of the transactions, though admitted they could see the same transaction took place 6 minutes apart. Spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who was very helpful, saying it was sorted and then received an email saying the opposite. Unprofessional, unhelpful in general.”

“I was waiting for bus 700 at 3:30 am on Friday 11/10/2023 and the bus was full. The next bus at 4:00 am was also full. Why there is no information at the bus stop? Terrible service!”

“Martin driving the 705X from Belfast to Dublin was a legend. Very lovely and friendly. He gave a great run down and instructions at the start of the trip.”

“Was refused to board the coach to the airport despite having return ticket. The driver stated it's only for online bookings. So had to get taxi to the airport. Very disappointed and annoyed.”

“Joanne was a fabulous driver. We had her up on the 4pm bus and also back down on the 11pm bus. She was super enthusiastic and lovely! She deserves a raise!!”

“This company rips people off. They offer no refunds on tickets you want to cancel and if you have booked as 4 people and one wants to travel at a different time you can't change this. Only way is to buy a new ticket again with no refund . Total rip off”

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable as per the T&Cs agreed when purchasing a ticket online. Refunds will only be given if Aircoach has not provided the service booked. We apologise for any inconvenience.

“I have been using Aircoach frequently and although it may be possible that individuals who use Aircoach once may have had a great experience, my experience is really NOT good for the following reasons: - timing is unpredictable - frequency is unpredictable (last time i and fellow passengers had to wait one half hour for the bus to appear) - boarding is unpredictable: drivers decide whether you can board even if you have a valid ticket and are on time - the Aircoach app does NOT work- no bookings appear - poor intuitive user friendliness There is a LOT Aircoach can do before it can be regarded as top quality transport”

“I have been riding the Aircoach multiple times these past few years and only this morning I experienced a very friendly and professional lady driver. I don't know her name but she made us welcome and comfortable during travel from Greystones to Dublin airport (06:10am). Although I don't know her name but she said she is been working in this company for 23 years and she is the only lady who works there. Salute to her she gave us all the information that we need , for instance what airlines on terminal 1 and 2. And she made a funny jokes too to make the passengers laugh a bit. Great woman.”
