“You really have to double up on your service, as before. A bus every 2 hours is not good enough.”

“unable to refund my money despite me giving 2 weeks notice. in other words they will get paid twice for that journey if someone else books it. its not difficult to refund money is it, shocking customer service, i wont be using this lot again”

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable as per the T&Cs agreed when purchasing a ticket online. Refunds will only be given if Aircoach has not provided the service booked. We apologise for any inconvenience.

“I had a valid student ID and Young Adult Leap Card, however I was refused a student fare on the bus due to not having booked my ticket online. This was not made clear to me before purchasing the ticket, and this policy cannot be found anywhere on their website/in their terms and conditions. They charged me €12 for a journey that should have cost me €5, which is quite a big difference (almost 150% more expensive 😱). Unfortunate because I've usually had quite good experiences with Aircoach in the past. :(”

“Booked a direct bus from Dublin Airport to Derry. Not direct had to change buses in Belfast haul my suitcase on and off buses as drivers do not do it for you. Always used translink as I travel alot back to translink. Also rude driver at Dublin. Two elderly at bus in Dublin could barely get their luggage on terrible”

Due to operational reasons, switching buses may happen. With the company health and safety protocols, drivers are not obliged to assist passengers with the lifting of or moving of luggage. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“Recently got the Cork to Dublin service. Our driver was Joanne. What an absolute breadth of fresh air. Kind, welcoming and her announcements were simply perfection. A relaxing and enjoyable trip!”

“Don't use that bus service! WE endet up paying for a normal city bus because the aircoach did not show up because all the buses were full! I mean wtf?? We needet to catch our flight... Payed 12 Euro for that scam! FU aircoach!”

“Aircoach is a great way to travel in Ireland. The buses are comfortable and clean, and the service is reliable. I recently took a bus from Dublin to Cork with driver Joanne, and she was excellent. She was friendly and helpful, and she made sure that everyone was feeling comfortable on the bus. The bus was on time and arrived in Cork safely. I would definitely recommend Aircoach to anyone traveling between Dublin and Cork.”
