Rude driver. Huge wait (over 45 mins) to get bus in the middle of the day.

Turned up 7 mins before time, bus just drove off. Had to wait in cold for next one. Poor poor service, annoying

We are sorry to hear that you had to wait in the cold because the bus you intended to board drove off 7 minutes before the scheduled time. This type of experience is not what we want anyone to have. The service itself is great to get from the airport to Dublin city centre and further South. However, the system used to announce the stops is terrible, especially if you’re a tourist or if Dublin is unfamiliar to you. The driver says the stop, but unless you’re sitting up at the front it’s impossible to hear him. I missed my stop as a result and had to wait and get off at the next stop instead. Not ideal when you have 2 large suitcases and have arranged for someone to pick you up at a specific stop. An announcement system like they have on the Luas telling you the stop and the upcoming stop would be so much better. Or simply providing the driver with a microphone would lessen the confusion. Or a bus stop button like they have on Dublin bus would also be a good idea. The service is decent, but could definitely be improved.

Comfy bus, smooth journey, also nice that people who pre-purchased tickets definitely got a seat. Simon was the driver. Lovely gentleman with such a kind soul.

Used them a bit before on Belfast to Dublin route, they are a fairly decent service but avoid the Galway to Dublin route if travelling from Galway, the timetable is a blatant lie to make them seem as quick as Citylink. Stated bus had travel time of 2&1/2 hours end to end but then makes two separate stops in Athlone, asked the driver and he stated yeah timetable says 2&1/2 hours but it’s always more. What can I say, STOP TELLING LIES, if in Galway travelling to Dublin City or Airport avoid at all costs, stick with Citylink/GoBus. Sorry Aircoach but Lies is LIES!!!

I bought a ticket and realized the destinations had been swapped (error from my keyboard). Called customer care just a second after receiving the receipt and realizing my error but nothing can be done about it as it's policy. I have used all the money I've got left on my card and have no one to help me as am a stranger/immigrant here for an exam, now stranded.

Time tables good save for gap last 700 from Airport - Decent stops - Very helpful Drivers - An APP would be helpful to place ticket in Apple wallet

Driver saw my sister and young niece shood them and drove away never ever again will any of my family use this service again

Hi Laura, Thanks for your message and for letting us know what has happened. All our services to and from the airport run at a very tight schedule and more so during rush hour. While we understand how frustrating it is to be delayed by an airline or at the airport, we do advise that passengers should arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to departure as this will ensure a timely departure of the scheduled service. Once the coach has closed the lockers and boarding doors and engaged its departure then unfortunately the driver once he leaves is no longer permitted to allow any further boarding this is for insurance purposes and also within our operators licence. Where a passenger has been delayed at the airport only then their ticket from the airport is valid for a further 24 hours on a space available basis. Again we understand you may have have been delayed or late out and apologise for the inconvenience caused by not being able to board, your ticket is valid for all other services from the airport for 24 hours.

I pre booked a ticket online for a ride from Dublin O'Connell street to the airport on 12/4. The bus never arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to take a cab. I called customer service and was told the only way to possibly get a refund was to send them an email. Terrible experience.

I travel often by Aircoch. Today I travelled from Derry to Dublin. Staff was very friendly, particularly I mention Mrs. Jovana whose welcoming words made me/us very joyful. She is from England and a wonderful driver 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Flight was delayed but made it to were the bus was parked just on time but bus driver was starting to pull out and would not stop! Will never use aircoach again!

The bus driver was rude and wouldn’t let us put our heavy suit case is the bottom of the bus so we had to lift a 20kg bag up the stair. This is poor health and safety and customer service. Now I have a sore back for my trip away. Thanks

While i was initially relieved to get through to a human when i called ... they were as unhelpful as a bot! I had made a mistake in my booking and sent a reply within 10 minutes to the email receipt I had received. As it was not Info@... they "could do nothing" I am extremely disappointed in this new pay to change tickets and the extremely unhelpful staff on the end of the phone I will be travelling translink from. now on. 2 tickets lost due to new policy.

Mickey Mouse operation. Total apathy from staff. The “every 15 minute bus” should be called the “every 35 minute bus and wait in the freezing cold”. Take a cab. You will get there that day. Welcome to Ireland. Not.

I think there is a serious problem with the heating on any single travel I had made. It is always freezing in the bus, why??? We pay for a service at least turn in the heating.
