Had to pay in cash because they were trying to refuse money from a young Georgian family stuck in Belfast needing to get to Dublin with 100 Euro to their name and no card... they tried sending them on the bus into Belfast town even though the family spoke no English and would have had no way to know where to go... asbolutely batshit insane to not take cash in Ireland, when I got off the bus in Derry I was denied a taxi because they don't take card, denied a drink in the corner shop because they don't take card and then denied a meal in a takeaway because they don't take card but Aircoach can't take cash despite Airporter always taking cash before being bought out? Airporter was 100x better before it was bought out. Only 2 stars instead of zero because it's still the best way from Derry to Belfast int'l if you don't have a car especially when Translink is on strike. Will still use regularly, but it was so much better as Airporter before Aircoach bought them out.

Thank you very much Aodhan for taking the time to share your experience with Aircoach. We are very sorry for what happened to the young Georgian family, the 705X service is cashless and card only. We would love to understand better how we can make sure this doesn't happen again. Could you tell us more about the issues you identified in the Aircoach service, such as the difference between Aircoach and Airporter before the acquisition. All your insight would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Operating between 6am and 8 pm is not not very helpful. I was going to book the aircoach. My flight lands at 9 pm and the last one leaving the airport is at 8. Also booking a taxi for a 6 am flight to Europe- again Aircoach is useless to me.

Shockingly bad customer service, paid for Flexi fare but it doesn't state that you have to adjust before bus leaves the depot in Dublin even if your fare is from Belfast to Derry 5 hours later. Rubbish

We understand that you paid for the Flexi fare, but it didn't state that you had to adjust before the bus departed in Dublin yet you were travelling from Belfast to Derry 5 hours later. We are so sorry for the rubbish experience and we would like to know how we can make things better for you.

Trying to reserve seats for two travel passes and cannot see how, although your website clearly says seats can be reserved for travel passes. Frustrated.

I been using this service to go to airport for the last few years. If they have a connection from cork airport, it would have better . Fair rate, excellent service . Keep continuing what u r doing. Thank you

Please return dun Laighaire service to hourly !! Every two hours is terrible as coach to airport is often already v full by monkstown ! It means I arrive for a flight nearly four hours ahead ! My day is completely lost ! Why have you allowed an extremely great service to deteriorate so much ??? Getting on a terminal 1 is unadvisable as sometimes it’s almost full ! Better to walk to terminal 2 where coach starts from !!

I waited for over 20min and the bus didn't show. I had to take another bus then which means I had to pay twice to get to the airport. They should have a refund option for these cases.

Terrible webpage to navigate - and of course is set up to rip customers off by not ensuring that there are few return options they ensure customers have to book two singles which is Euro 11 more expensive. The fact that doesn't allow people to disembark at Glengall St is mind-blowing. No idea why the route can't also include George Best airport. The service has none of the family business feel of the old Airporter service.

Totally unable to book via the website no matter what I do . Hope I can just turn up and pay on the coach .

Dreadful and extremely rude customer service. Extremely poor website that got my booking wrong. It’s such a shame that the original airporter service had been replaced by this. Avoid at all costs.
