“They overbooked my bus and couldn’t seat me at my booked time. Offered no refund.”

That must have been very frustrating and inconvenient. We do value your feedback, so we can make sure no one else will have the same experience you had. Could you please tell us a bit more about this situation, so we can learn from it and make sure it doesn't happen again? For example, did you receive an explanation why you got overbooked? “I am a very active traveling person and I have been taking this bus for many years. Over the last year it became pretty unreliable, always late and even recently I was not allowed to get into the bus cos I didnt buy the ticket online beforehand. The bus driver was pretty unfrendly too. Terrible.”

“The trip from Cork was perfect as we were able to board at our leisure The trip from Dublin was the opposite as bus arrived at the departure time and boarding was a free for all without a queue system”

“Can't fault the amount of stops in the city or the ease of getting a coach from/to the airport - fantastic. We marked down a star only because found the staff manning the airport hutch and the driver from the city to airport quite dismissive, almost rude, to our questions, or ask for confirmations. Both interactions were in the early morning, so maybe that's how you explain it away. The issue we had was the flights having been changed suddenly so we checked our return ticket was still valid considering you need to book a specific time. We checked with the airport hutch guy who dismissed us (rudely) to check with the bus driver. Said return trip bus driver, at 4am, seemed to look at our printed ticket as if it was forged/incorrect and acted as if we wouldnt be allowed on the coach, until he gave me the paper back and told me to find a seat. Changes could be suggested to the booking print outs to make certain information more prominent, or maybe specific timings arent as necessary (though I understand why for certain times). I dont know, things could be better, people could be kinder, but we would 100% use again in the future regardless.”

“I wanted to go to Belfast International airport from Glengall Street in Belfast. I had to get an air coach to Dublin and get an aircoach from Dublin airport to Belfast international airport. Two improvements Allow free travel pass to be accepted on all aircoach sercices End the Translink monopoly on services from Glengall street to Belfast international airport.”

“Used it twice in last couple of months. Dublin to Ballinasloe. First journey 50 mins late, no communication from driver as to why. Second time 30 minutes late.”
