“Bus arrival at Glengall st was delayed by ten minutes. Immediately after departure it stopped due to an injured passenger. The first few passengers left the bus to catch the next bus . I managed to get a seat on the Translink service and just made my flight. I did not claim a refund”

“the driver was rude and unfriendly. i had an extra bag and was aware/prepared to pay and he rudely told me i cannot have my bag. Just rude and disrespectful to a customer. Then i watched him throw my bags on the ground and back onto the bus (my bags must have blocked something) as I waited for my terminal drop off. Nor was he helpful as he watched angrily me as a 5’2 young girl lifting a 70 and 50 pound suitcase. Just rude all around. my name isn’t jacqueline tho”

“The service was terrible. I was abused the driver of the bus , he threw by bag off the bus onto the ground making it wet and damaging it. He embarrassed me on the bus & started shouting at me. Nothing was done not even a refund of my €14.50. I was off to Dubai, what a way to start a trip.”
