“Sometimes the 700 does not come and there is no way of tracking it at all so, you never know if it will come or not. Another thing you need to change urgently is asking the poor drivers to check the tickets with a tablet. It never read the barcode straight away. If there is a queue specially when it approaches town its a nightmare. They need to check tickets, open the luggage compartment, close it...way too much time wasted.”

“The bus was extremely smell. Smelt like a public toilet so I’m guessing it was something to do with the on board toilet. It was very hard sitting on a two hour journey tbh. In my opinion the bus should have been switched out for another one that was fit for purpose.”
