“I lost a bad (I left it in the bus ) I contacted and submitted the lost and found form several times but nobody found anything, which is impossible as the bad was left in the bus !!! People on the phone extremely rude and no interest of helping me !”

“This shuttle service is an excellent one facilitating travel through the city, quickly and efficiently. Drivers are clearly aware of the need to maintain the schedule while also being very helpful to passengers, helping them with directions and luggage. My experience through about 6 journeys has been consistently good and the flexibility offered by the flexible ticket is great.”

“Really really good service on the Cork/Dublin route and returns. But just back down from the Belfast route visiting friends, no toilet on board was up there 2yrs previously and the same again please can you provide a bus with a toilet available.”

“We use air coach 4-6 times a year to and fro Belfast / Dublin and have always been happy with the service. Our recent trip on the 12th Dec from Dublin, however, didn't feel up to the same standard. There was no WiFi on the coach and it felt somewhat uncomfortable in the wet weather as the driver for some reason only used his wiper blades from time to time with the large windscreen more often covered in spray. At Dublin airport the staff were quite brusque when asked where and when the coach was - after a long flight and early in the morning, this wasn't the best of customer service.”

However I travelled Dublin airport/Cork 18/12/23 1.30pm.Driver 991490 had to deal with a very difficult/akward boarding passenger [luggage case] congratulations to the professional manner & firm patience of your driver in dealing with the ignorance of the passenger. “I took two journeys - one too and one from the airport. The return leg was fine, but the outbound journey was a little unnerving….the driver drove fast, broke sharply many times, honked at drivers and missed my stop entirely. I had to get off at the next one and walk back, which thankfully was only around 10 minutes extra. I only knew where to get off because I’d used the service before, but had this been my first experience I’d have been very reluctant to use it again.”
