“The service was efficient, on time despite traffic problems in the tunnel. The driver took an alternate route, displaying excellent driving skills negotiating local streets and traffic. Good service and technically proficient staff”

“As there are no domestic flights from Cork to Dublin there is a need for s bus service between the airports .The existing aircoach is an excellent service but needs a connecting shuttle bus that links up with cork airport and the aircoach schedule”

“Unsure why the options for leeson street online are either leeson lower or lesson bridge, however the stop near the appian way is marked leeson steer upper on the actual bus stop The bus driver was very unimpressed and borderline rude that I booked my ticket from leeson st lower (only because I thought that was the stop as it was the one of two options coming up) It would be great if online matched the actual bus stop. Goes without saying but there is no need to be rude to customers for a mistake beyond their control”

“I have to say that the driver was FABULOUS AS an older person I couldn’t find my email about my ticket I got into a state and the driver said no problem everything can be solved . He was so good found my booking and re assured me He was so lovely ( needs a bonus Then they changed driver and a lady who was equally lovely took over ! Can’t praise these two people highly enough Thank you ‘ please pass on my thanks”

“Not a great service. The coaches are generally late (even if you take it at 5am with no traffic). The temperature inside normally high, sometimes too high. And it happened once that while in the stop and with the ticket pre-booked the bus skip the stop and I had to wait 25 min the next coach and was heavily raining.”

“The driver engaged in conversation that everyone on the bus had to listen to. By the time I got off the bus and I was more than midway down the bus I knew her name, where she lived and quite a bit more of her life experiences.”
