“First you've got my name wrong. Not that person. Or service was good but around 50 minutes late due to traffic in Bray. The driver was very controlled considering the circumstances. Not Aircoach or drivers fault. We rang twice and were assured that the coach was on the way.”

“My name is Kieran Sheridan and not Jan Laskosz as per your email..is someone using my email address to buy Aircoach tickets. I used your service this year and am docking you points for not displaying or calling all stops out. Some tourists missed their stops.”

“17.25pm 15/12/23 Aircoach didn't arrive on time and had to catch Dublin Express instead - who tried to scam me out of another 10 Euros! What are the Aircoach terms and conditions for a late Aircoaches?? You owe me 7 Euros!!”
