“It was so warm they should turn on the air conditioner”

“Nice driver, space above the seats really do not fit much - the light fixture is in the way and limits the space a lot. Also the seats seem quite cramped.”

“Unfortunately, my Aircoach arrived with a 5min delay to its starting point in Greystones - not a good start to the journey. To Dublin Airport he managed to add on another 20min delay which is unacceptable. The driver has to respect traffic signs and rules but does not have to slow down to let drivers from behind him pass to the front. Although there are dedicated buslanes he not always made use of them. He wanted to arrive late at destination.”

“They let us buy a ticket on the 3 Dec for the 26th Dec, all our plans are in place now 5 days before they cancel due to a public holiday....how are we to get to Dublin city, a taxi visit Euro 59.....we did not budget for this. We are visitors and do not has access to a cellphone and dim card to phone to ask for a refund. We send an email but the reply says they could take up-to 10 days to respond....shocking.”

“Travel from Cork to Dublin airport excellent, driver professional. Return trip there was a tyre puncture, passengers were left in the locked bus for over an hour with no information. Information update and a plan would have been very helpful. Perhaps the driver needs more training. Thank you for operating the service.”
